I wish I could give a zero. I've been a Staples customer for 30 years, and fpr 15 at this location. Never had problems in all these years until today when a clerk whose name starts with C was rude and took another customer in front of me on a return. No respect for my time or that I had been waiting. I was actually going to buy some things today but I changed my mind after that lack of customer service. I'll take my business to Target or Amazon and for copies at Kinkos.

The staff is generally really helpful for everything else but the staff at the cashier. I had one item to return. Very simple, item was packaged neatly for return, I got an “oh my god are you serious” from the lady at the cashier.

I only wish I could give Staples zero stars. I went in there to make 20 copies. On my first try, it spits out 20 blank pages and charges me five dollars. Then it prints out 20 faint, unusable copies for another five dollars. In the end, a total waste of my time and money.Update: Staples customer service was helpful and refunded my $10.

Cashier 2072568 was courteous and did provide service with a smile. The cashier was able to locate a savings toward my purchase.

This table is absolutely useless. First, The hours posted online are wrong. They are open 8 AM to 6 PM only. Second, the staff is extremely unhelpful when you’re trying to get anything done. It is an inconvenience to them to do their jobs (which is totally relatable, but not very helpful when you’re trying to get something done)I have tried to print, get things shipped, do anything at this Staples and it’s always a hassle

Staples is my go-to for supplies. My only issue is having [in stock] what the website states is available. The price I paid [in-store] was different than the site...But, Staples has better prices...

The store at 1500 Chestnut Street in Philadelphia has a few of the absolute rudest and nastiest people I have ever met in my life, including the manager Alicia. I would avoid this location at all costs!!! Go ANYWHERE ELSE!

The product I needed was not in stock and had to pay ALOT more. The cashier assited me with getting online pricing and a better discount. I also had trouble trying to get the discount online through the app. Sasha was a MAJOR Godsend!!! I appreciate her getting through a BIG hurdle! THANK YOU, SASHA (Center City)

Racist orange hair guy. Gladly helped a causian male with his copies. However, printing is more tedious & when I had an issue & asked for help; he pointed out instructions in a sarcastic manner. I told him that I needed help to begin with, he blatantly says “it’s self-serve ma’am”. I said “oh ok well it must just be self- serve for me, I just watched you meticulously help the Caucasian guy”. Never have visited this location before, & never will again for anything. I hope they close down soon, it looks dim & gloomy in there anyways. Underpaid & “overworked” I guess. Good luck in there!

I had issues with my Lenovo ThinkPad and Jason and Hkalem addressed my concerns. I made an appointment for a followup on June 6 when I will have a half hour tech session.
