I don’t write reviews often but as someone who works in the industry and knows how awful customers can be, it’s a shame that I had to witness a worker being verbally assaulted by an angry customer. The manager seemed disinterested in protecting her workers as she quite literally was giggling with him afterward like nothing happened. I’m just hoping that her workers’ sanity there is okay. To the worker who handled the man acting like a man baby throwing a tantrum over nothing, you handled it very well and I salute to you. I just can’t imagine what it must be like to work on a team with a manger that doesn’t appropriately protect her workers after a lunatic like that. Wishing them well if that’s the customers they face on a constant basis!

Worst experience at any Starbucks by far. They handed me the completely wrong order, which was fine. I get they're busy and I didn't mind waiting. But who I assume to be the manager (tall lady with dreadlocks) spoke to me extremely rudely when I asked if I could get it hot instead of cold. I'm not sure how to even recapture the tone she spoke to me in just because that's how aggressive it was. I will definitely not be coming back here.

Your average Starbucks, but with terrible seating, mediocre power options, horrible cell reception (at least for T-Mobile), and the LOUDEST friggin music I have ever experienced in a coffee shop. I could not hear my music through my air pods. I left.

By far the worst experience I had in customer service. Placed my order 15 mins prior to my arrival in the morning, fully aware it could take a little longer than expected. I was told my order wasn’t there yet. Fine, no worries. Another 15 mins pass, no change. I go up again and now I’m told “oh your order was probably stolen.” No apologies or anything. Not only that, I assumed they were going to at least try to remake my order. That option was not available UNTIL I asked for a refund. Manager was not empathetic either, honestly. I ended up being very late for work. I work with the public and it’s inexcusable on how my request was handle. The food being taken wasn’t the issue, it was the lack of care from this team when it came to an unsatisfactory situation. Do better.

Came in for a coffee during a weekday afternoon and hoped to get some work done. Music was incredibly loud, to the point that it was not possible to work productively. Staff working the counter were singing loudly as well. It’s a great place to go if you’re just hanging out and want a good coffee but don’t plan to get any work done here.

I love coming to this Starbucks most of the time because majority of them are nice, especially the cashiers. They always greet you with a Smile and are ALWAYS PATIENT WITH ME while ordering because I tend to mess up at times with the way I want my drink made and confused about the sizes, lol.It is crowded but they work really hard to get the customers out.Fast forward, it's this one Barista that I'm not too fond of by the name of Halle. She's never smiling when i come in too order(mind you its not everyday like others) and seems to have an attitude while working. I understand it can be rough and overwhelming at times but, atleast crack a smile sometimes.

I tried to order an impossible sandwich and they said it was frozen and wasn’t going to cook all the way. Like what? Why? Just cook it.

It's been a long while since I have had Starbucks. But this location has raised my expectations of Starbucks again. They did a fantastic jon and did it quickly. My drink was fabulous
