Starr Garden Playground is a great little park and a delightful oasis in Philadelphia. It is a great animal-free park for kids with plenty of playground equipment, lush green spaces, basketball courts, and picnic areas. It is a favorite for families, perfect for play and relaxation. A complaint is that the side gate is sometimes locked. Also, some people ignore the animal-free signage and bring dogs, sometimes off-leash. Parking can sometimes be meh. Still, it is a beloved community hub for fun and making memories.
