About Sullivan Progress Plaza Shopping Center
Sullivan Progress Plaza Shopping Center offers a diverse shopping experience with friendly service. Fresh Grocers is praised for its tasty hoagies and a wide selection of products, although some customers report issues with customer service regarding in-store promotions. The Nailery is noted for its affordable manicures and pedicures, particularly on bargain days. However, parking is a significant concern, with complaints about congestion and restrictions on taking shopping carts to cars, creating frustration for shoppers. While some facilities, like the urgent care center, have cleanliness issues, many customers appreciate the welcoming atmosphere and respect they receive from staff. The plaza has a long history, and despite some challenges, it remains a beloved destination in the community.

This plaza is well lit when dark, and very busy during the day hours they also have cameras for safety. We were able to shop without any problems. I don't always dhop there so this is how it was for me and my family this day.

I love this plaza because they’re Eye Care. There’s healthcare and I can go shopping and take care of my financial needs. Multiple businesses all in one plaza.
