By far the most inconvenient place to stop! Your stuck using the most unprofessional plexiglass window with the steel sliding drawer to obtain anything other then gas! The doors also get locked at 9pm as if this is the wild west OR the bullet proof glass won’t be sufficient to to thwart any attacks! This place is UNPROFESSIONAL AND INAPPROPRIATE due to the policy on card purchases thru the window require the clerk to vanish with ur card then show back up to say something that you CANNOT UNDERSTAND due to the disgusting window and microphone not working. It’s just a nightmare overall and I suggest u avoid this spot at all costs during the hours of 9pm to 8am !!! On a positive note, one young kid, dark complexion and braided/Twisted hair is always on point, considerate and bring the most positive vibes to work!! That kid is more valuable then the establishment itself!!! More of that, less locked doors and it’s a complete turnaround! To the young man who should run that business for the nonscenes he endures daily : Keep that positive energy youngin!! To Sunoco _ CHANGE YOUR UNPROFESSIONAL POLICY AND ALLOW CUSTOMERS IN THE BUILDING! Won’t like it wen the area boycotts this location!!

I don’t understand why the doors open at 7am while people is already driving on the road before that. Can’t even stop in to make up my mind on what I want. Had to go out my way to Penrose and Pattinson to grab the stuff I wanted.

The girl that works here overnight would not speak to me or answer any of my questions when I was trying to find out if the stores open she’s very rude and the ownership needs to fire her immediately. If you’re not happy about the job, you have give it up to somebody else that might be grateful.

My problem is not with the gas stations of Sunoco. My problem is with the Customer Service at Citibank for the Sunoco gas credit card app. I received this card on June 24, 2022. The first time I used the card the pump accepted the card and I charged $21.15 for gas. I did not see this charge on the Sunoco app on my phone. When I attempted to look around the app for the charge I was instead referred to their customer service. I called Customer Service and was on the phone with two different representatives for 35 minutes. The first representative told me that my card hadn’t been activated, and yet the card worked at the pump. She spent 30 minutes telling me that I had to register the card in order to put in my bank account information so that I can pay the card. After getting nowhere with her, she referred me to a supervisor, who she said can help me with my problem. After waiting on hold for another five minutes another representative got on the phone and told me that I had been transferred to the wrong department. I was told that I had to wait 24 hours before the app updated and would allow me to put in my bank account information. Of course, 24 hours later this did not occur. I went on to my laptop and went into the Sunoco Citibank website, and I discovered that I had provided bank account information and that the card was obviously active. I selected auto pay on the website and now the card is appropriately set up. The Sunoco app is very frustrating and I would advise anybody who is using the app, to instead go to the Citibank Sunoco website on their laptop. The app basically tells you nothing, but it will allow you to scan it at the pump, as opposed to sliding your credit card into the pump of your choice. I have put all of my other credit cards in the wallet section of my telephone. However, I could not put the Sunoco rewards gas credit card in my wallet because it Claims it does not except apple pay.

Please don’t use gas station! They are so unprofessional no customer service. They take smoke break while on the clock. The manager never there. I paid for gas using my debit card the money taken off my card but I never received my gas. The cashier was so ruled and the manager was nowhere to be found.
