This must be the market in Philadelphia. You can't go there on Fridays there's no parking the Muslims take every parking space. I will never step foot in this market again l. The owner needs to fire the manager. I don't get it you're turning away money. The prices are way too high anyway you can go to fresh grocer not too far away or you can go to ShopRite in South Philly much better supermarket

I would not recommend shopping here. There's a Target coming at 38th and Chestnut soon you'll be better off shopping there when they open. There's no shopping here on Fridays no parking provided. Only Muslim parking only on Fridays. I was going to spend $200 or more so I decided to go somewhere else I couldn't find a parking space. So I took my money elsewhere and will for now on Fresh Grocer is not too far away and then when that Target opens I'll be shopping there. Let's shut this place down

To say that supremo is not particularly customer-focused is an understatement. As I write this they have 1 cashier working 2 nights before thanksgiving, and there's a very long line. In past visits there may or may not be someone behind the deli counter. Who knows? Sometimes your cashier's conveyor belt works. Sometimes not. And so on. That said, they do stock some useful international items, so basically I shop here only when I really need to find something in particular.

Overpriced, to the point of gouging… It’s like going to Whole Foods, except you pay more (since you don’t get 15% off for having Prime) for worse food. It’s not the end of the world if you get 1 or 2 items, but it adds up quick. If you need a whole cart of groceries, you could honestly do delivery & pay the same price for the same items from a better store. If not, you’re better off walking to the Aldi or finding a place along your commute, etc…

New ownership is clearly engaging in price gouging, imagine paying $16 for frozen fruit or $9 for yoghurt. Even name-brand snacks wind up costing $1 - $2 more. Unfortunately doesn't seem like the big boss is paying the staff more or putting money back into the store. Skip this place and walk to Aldi instead. Or go to Whole Food and pay the same amount for better offerings.

I hope my message goes to the store manager. I go to this store on regular basis. But yesterday I went along with a bag and generally go to the store with a bag.The security personnel standing at the entry told me take my bag off and where as most customer had the bag with them and were shopping with ease. When I looked around only a few customers were told to take the bag off.I never new this store had such a discriminatory policy. Appaling!

A way overpriced items way way too much. Got 5lb flour and it was 2 dollars more than other stores that's 40% more! Milk is 1.5 bucks more than any other store and so on. This place has been taking advantage of students for far too long. This is super over priced. The only way to fix the situation is to boycott them. I know I can go to other stores which I do, but others may not have that option, students don't have cars or time to shop little farther. Us parents should do something for the sake of everyone and especially the students.

I love this place. It has everything I need, whenever I need it. Prices are great, people are nice. Extreme variety of products that you can't find elsewhere for such good prices.

Very inconsistent service and selection. I stopped coming a while ago and just recently started to shop here again. They rarely have the correct prices listed, they are expensive, and the ingredients are often not the freshest. The customer service has gotten better since getting new employees, though, it could improve.

They still have a rat problem lol. Philly just doesn't gaf, this city has to be one of the worst cities I've ever lived in, and I've lived in cities in Indiana and Florida.. Philly ppl cannot compare themselves to any other city especially Chicago or New York because y'all truly don't gaf enough to fight for a decent space to eat, shop, sleep, or work. Truly disgusting out here and can't wait to leave idc

Like the improvements in the store. Good selection but produce could be a bit fresher
