should give zero stars how are you actively hiring but turning applicants down don't make any sense just say your not hiring

They costumer service is very poor. If you don’t be aware of your return policy, they will lie to you. The staff are very impolite and don’t care about your return and your time waiting for service.

The staff here are horrible and charged me more for service I didn’t want to ad on. Make sure you check what you get before you leave. These people make commission on all sales so they will do ad on without consent.

Had a technical issue with my phone. I was assisted by Ragda. She fixed me up and I was on my way in 30 minutes. Very friendly and efficient!

A worker named Don really took care of me. He was so nice and patient. He help me with my phone..... Thank Don I'll give 10 ? . Thanks for waiting on me. Don works at 13th Market St store. It's crazy because I walked past the store and seen him, I went and gave him a big hug.

Lots of staff sitting around doing nothing. Unfortunately the first response when I asked who was available to help us was "nah, I'm getting ready to leave", sad when I was there to purchase a new phone. Not a good look for T-Mobile and definitely not when there are so many other options.

A few months ago I went into the store to ask about upgrading my iPhone XR to a 12 or 13, this was right as the 14 had come out. I was never the type to need the latest and greatest and just didn't need to pay that sort of price for slight upgrades. I got to talking with a sales associate and he pitched me the 14 on promo for $800 and said my XR was worth $400 credit. He even went through the math with me to show a monthly price of $12 or something like that for 36 months. I had worked in retail sales for 5 years so I felt like what he was saying made sense and it seemed accurate. Again I asked specifically for an older model to compare prices and they were close enough where I was like ok I can do the 14. Cut to a week later and I get the credit invoice from T-Mobile and it shows the $800 promo price and only $100 credit from the XR. Text the associate who had given me his number and told him hey that wasn't what you told me? Oh no well it was either the $800 promo OR the $400 credit. I called customer service and explained the situation. Ok we'll make sure you get the proper credit. No change. It isn't the worst thing in the world but now I'm paying some $35 a month instead of $12 for a phone I didn't necessarily want and it just felt a sleezy at the end of the day. Disappointed in how the company handled it but hey, what do we matter anyway?
