The 2 Brian’s helped me with a SIM card thing and it was way faster than I thought! They were incredibly kind, especially a few days before Christmas so I know how busy it can get but they were super helpful!

I was greeted by a women named Chris who helped me to purchase a new I phone she was very friendly but other than that she was very professional and also very knowledgeable she made my purchase very easy if I could give her 10 stars that’s what she would of got from me I would recommend her to everyone

The service here is very broken. Every time I come in I feel like they try to make a sale out of me instead of trying to help me. They’re very rude and inconsiderate.

My advice is to beware, I went into this store to upgrade my phone, was offered a promotion that would be available in a week, when I went back the promotion wasn't available any longer and I left. Later that day I was alerted to the changes the store associate made to my account. She upgraded my phone plan without my consent. T Mobile customer support hasn't done more than apologize that I am not satisfied with my experience. They have acknowledged that this is fraud, but aren't willing to explain how my personal information was accessed, changed and now charged a higher rate without my signature...

If I can do 0 start I would do it, is the most ridiculous service I have had t mobile in general. When you buy a new phone gone you want it with 0 scratches. They told Me that I could switch it at an Apple Store I went and they said no and they also sent me to a different t mobile and they also couldn’t switch it and the store on 22nd street said I had to switch the phone out with the store I bought it from, and at the location where I did my purchase they said I could go to any T mobile store. It was confusing and wasted my time. They could’ve told me they didn’t have the phone in stock when I was there a day ago. They just made me waste my time and they just didn’t want to switch the phone.

I drove over an hour to get to this location to have my cracked screen repaired. While repairing the screen, the technician completely destroyed the back of my phone. I was forced to use a white backing for my phone because they didn't have black in stock. I am completely dissatisfied with the service and I hate the look of the phone. I would not recommend this location for repairs.

Bad attitudes and terrible service seems to be the culture in this building. I like to pay my phone bill in cash unfortunately T-Mobile‘s employees never seem appreciative of taking it. I suppose the only reason I continue going there besides it being closest to my house is the entertainment I get watching these losers pretend to have some authoritative and meaningful purpose in life by refusing service to stand there and do nothing on their own phone to customers who walk in without a mask.Been with T-Mobile for 8 years but switched to apple today ?? thanks for nothing

Terrible customer service. They didn't help me at all and didn't seem interested in helping. I'm being charged for a phone that was suppose to be free. Their employees made the mistake of not registering the device correctly and now I'm being charged $1000. They admitted their mistake and followed it with cluelessness. There's no reason that I should have to pay $1000 for a FREE phone. At this point I just want to return the phone and close my line. They could obviously reimburse me for the overages that I paid already and credit me for upcoming months but they did not. I've been with TMobile for 6 years so I can't believe that this is even happening. Now I have to visit TMobile daily and call constantly until my issue is resolved. Smh

The worsted service ever, and very rude when I asked if someone could help us after we waited on an uncomfortable bench for 45 minutes to buy a $1,000 dollar phone, while 3 employees helped one family for over 45 minutes. No employees acknowledged us sitting there waiting, not even a "Sorry to make you wait so long" or "Are you here to set up service or are you an existing T-Mobile customer?" The actual response from the employee was: "You have to wait until we have finished servicing our customers." We are T-Mobile customers and we were not being helped.Very, very poor customer service. Left without buying a new phone. We only needed to buy a new phone, we did not need help turning it on, or inserting a sim card, or connecting to WIFI. Seriously, what the hell?

I needed a SIM card. One representative with about 3-4 people waiting, until someone came out from the backroom, but all in all she was very helpful. Quaint lil store it is. Glad they were open till 8pm though or else I would've had to wait till a few days later to get it done. Thank you T-Mobile.
