Though my problem was not solved at that store, at least the very nice technician guided me to go someplace else out in Plymouth Meeting to get my solved. It would be great to be able to go into a cell phone store to get service and not just sales. It would be really convenient if there were people there who could do things that are relatively minor such as cleaning the phone or at least addressing a problem that seemed to only take about five minutes to resolve which is what happened when I had to travel all the way up to Plymouth Meeting just for someone to spend 5 minutes with my phone.

Four stars is only due to the limited stock. I purchased a new phone but that evening realized it didn’t have the storage space I needed. The next day I drove back to see if they had any with more storage, and unfortunately they did not. I worked with Bianca and she was amazing. She went above and beyond, she helped me call stores and search for other stores with the phone in stock. Seriously she was a great help ! 5 stars for her!

Most of the staff is helpful. Some visits are quick, while others may be very long. ...any time you see someone's kid sleeping on the bench, you know they have been there a long time.? Anyway, you can come to pay your bill, start service, get help with your phone, etc...

Something I didn't like I was paying my bill there for a while but if you go there to pay a bill now they want to charge you $5 to pay a bill been with T-Mobile 14 years

I had a fantastic experience at the T-Mobile on Roberts ave. Khalif, Ci Ci, and Adam were not only efficient but extremely professional and kind. They all deserve a raise and are a huge reason I will be staying with T mobile!

After visiting 2 other T-Mobile locations and receiving no service from employees I visited this shop hoping to solve my phone issue. A young man with locks greeted me then promptly and professionally solved my phone issue in a matter of minutes. I was so grateful that employee deserves a raise.

Went to this Tmobile with the mind set of spending my black dollars in My neighborhood./ area. Boy was that the wrong move.Omg. The person we dealt with was the W.O.R.S.T Came in with my daughter to get the Z fold 4 AND the S22. He barely wanted to help us. For some reason he seemed shocked that we wanted the Z fold and asked us over and over about 4 times. THEN without ever even getting any type of information from us proceeded to tell us that " With our credit tier we would have to put down AT LEAST $1200!" We simply said "ok."When my daughter stated that she wanted the higher gig S22 he said they didn't have it AND there's no way for him to find out what store would have it even though they have computers and phones....Went to Best Buy a bought both phones outright which is what we planned on doing at Tmobile. The sales person there was so awesome and polite. I would definitely follow him to any business that he chooses to work for.Had to go to a different Tmobile way down the blvd( in the same location as lane Bryant and ulta) to get the S22 set up. The young lady and young man working ( short staffed) handled everyone waiting ( 10 deep at 10am) in a personable and professional way.Great Job to them.
