I was there. Buying a new phone on a plan. They gave me a free watch and confirm I dont have to pay extra monthly or anything.And they charge me $210, tax for the phone, and $70 for installation fee which was supposed to be $35, they said they will credit me $35 next month.Now is next month, the bill is over $70 extra, i call and ask, they said they will credit me back in 72 hours. Now after a week, they did not. I call, and they said differently that's a monthly charge for watch. If I dont want it I cancel return, and they will refund everything to me including the sale fee.What a joke company. Different people lie to me saying different time.A company that wastes customer time.

Was in here last evening (3/1) until closing. The 2 employees (sorry didnt get your names) were very patient & helpful. Knew their jobs & did them well. Thank you again for all your help!

Walked in I was greeted promptly by JT his customer service and understanding of each phone was amazing I just stopped in to check something out, I ended up switching carriers and paying a lot less thank you JT I will continue to use your store and T mobile thanks for saving me money as well

I don't know why there's no option for 0 star. If I could give a zero I would. Especially to one of their sales rep name JT. As a customer of T-Mobile for over 20 years this is the worst rep I have encountered. Bad communication skills, worse customer service rep/experience, he needs to be retrain on how to properly execute delivering legendary service and product knowledge. The way he talked to me was very condescending and aggressive. I had to tell him to stop talking to me. If you are going to this location do not go to him. Seem like he doesn't enjoy his job and assisting customers like myself and just wanted to get me out but seen him with another customer while I'm at the store and he gave them a great service. I'm either being discriminated by him or I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt that he is just plain rude. There were other 3 rep when I was there and they took their time time with their customers and really went above and beyond for them while I got the bad seed of the bunch. Never again.

They are all great customer service representatives/salespeople in this particular store as they are always very helpful, very kind,very smart workers as I would give them a 10+ if I could.

I was looking to add Internet to my account since I work from home and need a backup connection. I visited the store and JT greeted me right away. JT was super helpful, professional, and was able to answer all my questions. Will definitely do business at this store again!

Wonderful experience with this location. Roberto was outstanding in knowledge, courtesy and customer service. Took the time to explain and set me and my husband up with service, two new phones and transferred all our data. Saved us money and stress. Highly recommend this associate. Thank you, Roberto!

I have had issues with T-Mobile since the beginning we were sprint customers who were picked up by T-Mobile when they bought sprint out we wanted to add a 6th line T-Mobile told us after being with them for a couple billing cycles we would be able to add the line it’s been over two years and still am unable to add an extra line they are so unhelpful no matter if I go in person or call it’s the same no help. One of our phones is having issues with the screen we went to the store and the tech person who we spoke to and asked about the issue gave us minimal help turned the phone on and off and said it’s basically an Apple problem . Also we were at the store a week ago and we’re told there was promotion with our plan and when asked a few days later was basically told theirs no promotion and we will have to trade in our phones for upgrades . I have never been so dissatisfied with a cell phone company for their lack of help than I am with T-Mobile I am looking for a new cell phone provider
