This is one of several "small-format" Targets that the chain is opening in urban areas nationwide. This particular location is a compact cornerfront that is basically Walgreens or CVS-sized. Certain departments like apparel and hardware are significantly scaled down or nonexistent when compared to a typical suburban big-box store, while other departments like drinks, groceries, and personal care items are less scaled down, in line with its urban, convenience store-like setting.Indeed, when I stopped by, many shoppers here appeared to be young urban dwellers grabbing drinks, food items, and other daily supplies that can easily be self-scanned and carried out by hand. The hours are quite convenient - 7am to 10pm daily - but note that things can get quite trashed and emptied out by the end of each day. Still, a nice convenience to have if you live or work nearby.

DO NOT COME HERE if you are in a hurry, disabled, or have other health conditions aka I visibly just had surgery on both my. hands. I struggled at checkout and asked for assistance and the staff kept yelling at me for picking a misplaced item off the shelf. Plus I was made late for my. graduate programming class and they did refund my money by $40. Also there are not many shopping baskets if you cannot carry things.

They have what you need as most Targets do, however many of the items are locked. They require an associate to open the case supposedly notified by scanning your hand under a sensor. I just scanned repeatedly waiting over 10 minutes without any assistance. I looked around for an associate but no luck there either. I understand the need to lock smaller items but either their technology needs to be updated or they need to hire more/better help. I left frustrated and without the items I needed

Great location for those of us who live in the city. Perfect for basic household needs and food supplies. Limited clothing , but being a city-based Target, as expected.

We stopped in for baby clothes but they didn't have any. This is a small target and they only carry your basics. I found it strange that they only had a woman's section. Not sure what that's about. Unfortunately we couldn't find what we needed but we were able to get Gerber formula, pampers and wipes for our little one. I stopped an employee and asked her where we could get baby clothes nearby. She directed us to Primart. She was so sweet and thorough. Thanks again girl!

This Target is extremely small. I'm surprised I was even able to find something. Call it luck I guess. Considering it's location there isn't much to offer.

Was in for less than three minutes, because I saw five (5) people without masks on before I even made it to the back of the store. Not giving them my money if they don't care about my life.

A good addition within a short walk from 30th Street Station. Groceries are on the bottom level, and household items are on the top level. There is no escalator (fortunately- I get so impatient being stuck behind people on escalators, so I like stairs) so if you have mobility issues, there's an elevator, I think.

Let's see where do I began so my husband and I drive an hour away to pick up our order. Then upon arrival my husband says I'm here to pick up an order. The only guy who handles the orders then proceeds to go and take his break. So the other staff members say he will wait on you when he comes off break and start laughing and playing. So they tell my husband you can cancel your order you havent been charged yet. So my husband says I have already been charged see it came out of my account and I drove an hour to get it so after waiting an hour and a half in the store they finally handed my husband the item. After trying in every way not to give him what we paid for. So my question is why couldnt any other staff members help or why couldnt the staff member handle our transaction before he went on break?

Good store, BUT BE CAREFUL about their pricing. Too many times the prices charged at checkout are significantly higher than what is posted on the shelf for the item. Every time I bring it to the attention of an employee at self check out they are polite and change the price to me to match the lower price on the shelf. BUT despite my repeated complaints to stop this overcharging problem, it persists, seemingly without any concern by management. The Attorney General of Pennsylvania has received written complaints about this issue.

It's a small Target and there is a joke there somewhere. Bottom line, I do not like to see national chains in major cities.

I just wanted to acknowledge the security guard who was on the 4 pm shift. I went in and purchased some cleaning supplies. I paid and asked the guy who was cleaning the checkout area if he could get me a larger bag. He said that the guy at the register could give me one. I said no there are three people ahead of me and He can do it. He reluctantly did. I said thank you and he had an attitude. We the security guard saw I was struggling to open the bag and he helped me. I said thank you. He then said hey you may need another one but I didn't to push my luck and he said no problem and help me with a second bag. I was like wow. Someone actually helping someone at Target. THANK YOU SIR FOR BEING KIND AND HELPFUL. I'm not yelling at him I'm yelling at every body else. Get a F'kin' clue. Be kind

Great prices on milk, better than Walgreens and CVS. However, higher prices on cleaning supplies than Walmart. Unfortunately Dollar Tree was closed and the options are limited. Otherwise a great store.
