This store never has more then two registers open at a time and 4 self check outs that only take card no cash the lines will be backed up around the isles of the store then on top of that everythings locked up and theirs no employees walking around to unlock them you hit a button for help and wait 15 minutes for a rude employee to come out like you bothered them then they hold your item hostage or force you to check out immediately because they dont trust customers even though they have a tax payers funded cop at the exit and private security there as well its a joke !

Everyone must've called out today for the parade because there was ONE cashier working on a Friday morning at 9:30. Only two self checkouts open, it was originally 3 but a customer managed to log out of the system and no one came to fix it. My partner accidentally scanned something twice, then proceeded to wait 5 minutes for the one cashier working to go over and delete it for him. For the amount of people waiting in both the self checkout line and the regular line, there should've been at least 2 other registers open. My 2 star review isnt just because of my experience today- we constantly have to wait for longer than we should have to for someone to come help us at self checkout, the employees that work register have not been friendly, & half the store is locked up.

Horrible service. Very incompetent when it comes to mobile order. Management is unable to preform their job effectively. And team members are just as useless as them.

He checked .y return and refused it because I was missing the poles to the mob because last few days I returned the other to another store and left all poles in the other box pretty petty.

Go to pick up and get in line. The employee is Hispanic male, 20s with glasses. Two other Hispanic males jump in front of me and he helps them before me even though he saw me waiting. I confront them they say they don't understand English. I confront the employee and ask why did you take them ahead of me? The employee says he did not see me. Typical Hispanic behavior who selectively see or understand when they choose. Target has biased employees and you can not train that out of them or teach respect for everyone.

So, target. What happened to your “target experience”? Today, I placed an order for pick up, about five hours before store closing, and at checkout, it said pickup today. So, I placed the order and planned my evening accordingly. This order had items that I needed for tomorrow morning, so it was important. An hour before store closing, I called for an update, and they wouldn’t even look up my order to let me know if they were actually working on it. I was told to wait until tomorrow. I went to target chat to try and get an update, and spoke to two different representatives who just copied and pasted scripts, Then, I called target, and more of the same. There was literally not a supervisor, manager, anybody that I could talk to that could provide me with an update, or help.
I am not sure what has happened to customer service, but the fact that you can pay for an item and be promised a same-day service and not receive that service should be considered theft. I am out 5 hours of my time between waiting for fulfillment and having to jump through hoops to speak to people who may as well have been robots.
I am allowed to call them back tomorrow, though, because my issue does even warrant them picking up a phone to follow up.
If you want to be treated like trash, you can go here, or you can go to Walmart because they’re turning into the same place.

You will be waiting 10-20 minutes for an employee to unlock a product as simple as deodorant every single time. Employees will be around but there will be no one to unlock anything even if you press the button for assistance multiple times.

Go somewhere else. The decline of this store has been sad.
Nothing on any employee here.
I believe this is simply terrible management.
Big chunk of the store is locked up which takes forever to have someone open it because they are running around helping everyone else
Today was just the last straw for it.
They have two lanes open. Lines go back into the clothes section. But the self check out Is closed..
Absolutely plenty of employees walking around doing other things so it's not "short staffed".
It is very unfortunate because is a great store. Anywhere else!
This target location might as well be another wallmart in the area.
Just close it and maybe let someone better give it a try under better management

Been price matching pokemon cards for alittle here and never had issues till today. They told me they have to find the cards on their device even though I had already pulled it up on my phone but apparently that's not how it's supposed to be done even though it's in their price match policy and I've done it a couple times already. I've priced matched with Amazon too and they said that they couldn't do it. Yall don't even know your own policies.
