Spent 20 minutes standing around waiting for someone to unlock the $8 stack of printer paper and bring it to the front so I can buy it. My tax dollars are paying for a cop to stand around in this store, but he can't even unlock any of the stuff they have behind the glass. It's not the employees' fault, I am sure Target does not staff the store like they should. Stop treating your customers like criminals.

One of the worst stores I been in I bought a item which I went inside the store to pick up. The lady told me that my item but then told me I had to wait for the person to grab it. So I waited until I got a email saying it was ready for my disappointment it wasn’t on top of the lady had to go grab it.

Your store worker Matthew disrespected a few customers and verbally threatened me and my family. If you target brand wants to maintain your image in the industry and still making profit, get rid of these kind of employees and re-train everyone to teach them that your CUSTOMERS ARE YOUR GOD.

I wished Northern Liberties had a bigger and brighter Target like Bridesburg. The prices in this Target is more expensive than other Targets. They used to price match but for some reason the prices on the app auto changes to whatever the store's prices are once you're on the premises and they refuse to price match if it doesn't reflect on the app. Two stars for for honoring app prices, the inconvenience, and the lack of assistance when requesting for help at self checkout to remove a sensor.

This location allowed me to order a microwave for same day delivery. Total price $56 and change. Put a hold on my card for $85 and texted 20 minutes after the item was to be delivered to tell me it isn’t in stock. Called corporate. Nothing they will do, they cancelled the order. The hold on my card will remain for 7-10 days. I will never set foot in Target again.

Stupid rules for check out line- they have ONE line for both self check out and registers. It was confusing to me the. I saw other customers confused as well, while the staff were standing by saying something only after people tried to go to a seemingly open register, only to be told they had to wait in the single line formed near the self check out. SO DUMB. Then when I said it makes no sense , the employee said (as if this makes it better) “it’s this way at every Target “. Well, that is really stupid. Also, product didn’t ring up with the correct price when I did self check out. No wonder their stock is down significantly.

Although this place is probably nice to shop at in the day, I would definitely recommend not shopping here at night. The architecture and layout of the store was very nice, but sadly there are some people who ruin the environment here for everyone.
There was someone walking around and lying at the outside of the store, and they were screaming for no apparent reason towards the sky. When we walked in the store, there were at least two theft alarms going off in different places in the store, but none of the workers or security guards were doing anything about it. I definitely didn’t feel safe in the store, especially since there were people who were acting shady in there.
Overall, I definitely wouldn’t recommend going here at night.
