Barely functioning. Anything over $20 is locked up and the system that calls employees over does not work. If you're looking for a convenience item, gopuff can deliver it to you faster than you'll get through checkout here. If you need something expensive, just get it shipped. Even odds you'll have it just as quick, and you won't waste your life here.

I really have to wonder if the people who talk about the great selection here have been to literally any other store, anywhere?Their produce selection is abysmal. Do you need a pepper? No, you can only buy a pack of 6. Do you need a lemon? Again, you can only get a gigantic bag. Want some green beans or Brussels sprouts? They don't have them. How about some ginger root? Again, not carried. Do you need some body wash? It's all locked up, better get an associate! How about a card for a baby shower? You have the option of three. In the market for women's shoes? They have precisely ZERO. Their makeup/nail polish selection is satisfactory. There is a Starbucks on-site, which was thrilling upon my first visit. I got breakfast and a latte! But on my second visit, exactly one week to the minute later, I was told that the Starbucks didn't open until 8 am. Funny, because my friend and I were served at 7:25 the week before, and the website (photo included here) says you open at 7, too. Gotta love the consistency! (Not.)While the location is convenient, the selection is atrocious, the PPD officer stationed at the front door is a bit unnerving, they push everyone to self-checkout even when there are unoccupied employees available, and there's not even a guarantee that you can get a redeeming Starbucks beverage!I'm done. Never again.

This Target might have more stock than many these days but it horrible at service. NONE of the checkout lanes (as many as 8) are never opened and instead the 6 self serve checkouts are used, they are jammed tight and often have customers are having problems. Line to self-check out is more than 15-20 mins while 3 or 4 people are standing around customer service desk. Only ONCE out of 4 recent visits did a gentleman call people from the line to Customer Service. Management really needs to rethink the full service stations or get more self checkout ones. Sad but not likely to ever go there again.

There’s a concert going on at Franklin Hall so people are in line across the street - PUBLIC bathrooms are ‘out of order’ and the family bathroom is for employees. I watched an employee and a guest get into an altercation about this and he rudely make the suggestion to go to Yards around the corner. I tried to explain to said employee that I was pregnant [we all know pregnancy causes small bladders] and to please let me use the restroom - to which he told me that I was offered a solution and Yards is attached / a block and a half away. He told a PREGNANT WOMAN to go into a brewery. How is this acceptable? If I was able to give negative stars - I would.

I went in as a paying customer but the manager? Assumed i wasn’t and told me the bathrooms were closed after i watched other customers use the same bathroom that i was about to walk into. She was assumptive, condescending, and flat out wrong lol. She lied straight to my face because she assumed i wasn’t an actual customer. I normally don’t complain about little stuff but she was just ridiculous. I left without spending any money. Since she cared so deeply about the bathroom i hope she cares just as much about losing business :)

If you have to buy soap or God forbid use the restroom, be prepared to have to go find an employee that isn’t angry at the world to stop what they’re doing to unlock these top secret, highly secured items. NIGHTMARE !!

Cashier was rude and shelves were not stacked. The only reason I go to cashiers (intentionally) instead of self checkout is to help people get jobs. The cashier today was rude, slow, and clumsy. Looks at my face boldly and ignores me saying hi to her, drops my stuff from the belt and asks me to go get my stuff from the floor, and throws a bag in front of me to bag my stuff myself. Well, thanks for you hard work, ma'am!Dear madam, please stay at home if you're having a bad day or if you go to work, keep your negativity to yourself.

This Target never staffs the cashier checkout registers so everyone is funneled into the four self checkouts registers. The lines are typically 10 people deep, with it taking 5-7 minutes to make it to the front of the queue. If that’s how they plan to operate this store, they should have at least double the self check out registers. Otherwise, they should work on refining their staffing model to make it a better checkout experience. I’ve walked in before and walked right back out to place my order with Amazon instead. The dressing rooms are also very dirty. The few times I’ve used them, they’ve been stacked high with discarded clothes and have had dust balls building up in the corners.Lastly, most everything I typically go to Target for is locked up. I get that it’s for theft purposes, but please make it easier to get ahold of someone to unlock them.

Staff isn’t so friendly here, quiet rude if you ask me. Who am I to judge, come check it out and give your own thoughts!!! PROBABLY WAS A BAD DAY. ALWAYS SPREAD POSITIVITY AT PLACES LIKE THIS, they need it ??✨- Thank you

Had to ask the customer service counter 3 times to call someone to let me in the bathroom cause there was no staff available. The disappointment never fails. I complained to corporate and it was to no avail. They must love poor reviews.

Enough space to walk around in. Staff was super helpful. 3/4 staff members were super helpful. Love the cashier! Her name wasn't one receipt but it began with an N. Noreen maybe? 1 lacked self awareness and social skills. Unsure why someone like that would be hired to work with people. :/ I had to go to someone else to get the answer I needed.

I don’t know what’s more disappointing, that their Starbucks never makes my drink right or they I keep paying $8 for a coffee to continuously be disappointed. Idk how many different ways I can say no whip cream.

This is by far the worst Target in the city. Every single time i come theres at least one item that scans at a higher price than the shelf.I even had an associate tell me she cant change the price. HUH?YOU WILL change the price to reflect the shelf. Dont like it - then do better.
