Notary refused to notarize documents based on her comfortability. The notary's purpose is to witness a signature & acknowledge the person signed the document. I work for the City and have sent customers with legal documents to get notarized and they were told that documents were either altered and/or she was just not comfortable notarizing it. If the person has ID and signs in front of you, your job is to notarize the signature, that is it. That is the sole purpose of the Notary. You don't need to review the document, that is the job of the person that they need to present it to.

Never in my life has a bank teller flat out refused to make change for cash simply because I don't have an account with their bank. I went to another TD location who gave me change no problem. Shameful conduct on the part of the teller. I just needed quarters for laundry.

The worst customer service n the worst crew ever I saw in my 18yrs of banking I have done in this bank specially the manager n all front desk crew WORST WORST WORST EVER & Today is my last day with this bank CLOSING all my SAFE BOX & than my Account with them soon Too .THE MOST SLOW CREW EVER & No RESPECT FOR ANY ONE N MOST RACES CREW ??15th N JFK TDBank SUCKS ??

There is a black woman in this bank who has a very bad service attitude. Because I am Asian and my English is not good, she is racially biased. When I arrived at 12:30 this morning, I went to the counter to withdraw $5,000 in cash and was told that it was all $20 invoices. , I said that $5000 was actually $20. I was a little unhappy. Every time I went there, this black woman made things difficult for me. When she saw me, she had a bad attitude and deliberately spoke a lot of English. I couldn’t answer. , she actually refused to let me withdraw money, refused to serve me, and asked me to withdraw money from another bank nearby. She is really bad!

Horrible customer service. How the hell are you on one of the most prominent corners of the city and have such bad customer service. Waited two minutes while employees chatted and I stood there ideally. Please train staff on appropriate customer service skills.

It is hard to find a meter to park. I had to parked and walked 15mins to get here. But trust me. the young lady from customer service name Crystal is super professional. She handled my matter in a minute. Thanks again.
