The employees have a better time in their personal conversations than actually helping the customers that come in. Worst customer service td bank has.

Was trying to sent out money to saving account and Freeze my account for no reason Came to the branch in person with my identification. Nothing was solved even though I logged in the bank app on my phone in front of banker. They still want to hold my money!!!! So weird!!!!

This bank seriously need better customer service, the lady Thomas who attended me spoke over me, was very rude, kept giving me smart comments and wasn’t helpful whatsoever it honestly seemed like she just wanted to get me over with fast. Very unprofessional experience.
