I was helped by Jasmine today. She was very helpful and sweet, easygoing but professional. I have had accounts with this bank and have used this branch for about 10 years and no issues! Clean and well maintained, friendly and helpful staff.

This bank is not returning phone calls and they are not picking up the phone. Not good customer service.
