I never had an issue coming into this branch location, but today I was at the branch around 4ish-4:30 with my husband. He wanted to open up a savings account which were both already a customer as I was trying to sign in for my husband, one of the associate came up to ask her, she didn’t even tell me to continue to sign in to hold our spot in line she just return back to the client that came before us. As we were waiting the customer who came in after us had got called in by the second associate on the left. I find it unfair because they both seen us waiting and she could redirect us so we won’t get our spot taken. And the associate on the left, I find it very rude how she had me looking stupid by ignoring me when I wanted to ask a simple question when she got up to speak to the customer who walked in stand behind me while I was sitting. She knew I was sitting right there waiting for her to reply to me and walked off as if she didn’t tell me to hold on. Me and my husband left. That was unacceptable

Well, first of all, their phone line needs to be replace or remove because they never answer the phone. Also, horrible customer service. They will hire anyone with no skill or knowledge.

They say TD is America’s Most Convenient Bank. That’s a lie and a joke. Every time I’m here I am in line at least 15 min and they have only 1 or 2 tellers at all times. Change your motto.

Today the WORST customer service was given. THE WORST!A customer came in asking for an account verification letter in order to set up her direct deposit.The teller did not know what a account verification was an insisted that the customer buy a book of checks. The customer said and showed that a check wasn't necessary and the letter would be enough. The teller then told the customer she's not her mother to walk her through banking. UNCALLED FOR!!! The teller next to her asked had to intervene immediately!!! He told that teller how to find the letter. He explained to that teller that it's 2023 and people don't write checks anymore. He also asked her to check her attitude.In response the teller started talking to the customer in a VERY CONDESCENDING tone as she prepared the letter. Again UNCALLED FOR!She had every intention of embarrassing the customer instead of serving the customer.DISGUSTING!!! I hope the customer called corporate. This teller was comfortable enough to conclude that branch management either is comfortable with her attitude or cannot control her attitude.I'll avoid this location at EVERY cost. No matter how convenient the location is.Kudos to the teller that stepped up....I can see you going higher places with TD bank and in life

The drive through ATM always has an issue. I understand things being temporarily out of service, like depositing cash. Asked them inside and they claimed the machine was full, but it's been months. Now, the ATM has been down for a few days. That's unacceptable.

Omg. Worst agency I’ve been in my life. 30 minutes waiting in line. And couldn’t make my deposit because of a stupid missing date . I added the date and that lady did not accepted. Waste of my time. And I will never put my foot on this place anymore

I checked in at this branch at 4:31 just to print a debit card, 6:10pm customer service agent Nuri, goes off script, skips two persons ahead of me, and when i told her she tried to tell me otherwise. Worst decision i made opening this acct at this bank.

I NEVER had a bad experience with Td bank. The customer service is a 5 star experience every time I have ever called. Their fraud department is incredible as they helped me the one time I had an issue. The branch personnel at this branch also give 5 star service. I cannot find anything to complain about. If you have to wait , you probably didn't make an appointment.

On one side of the building the card reader for entry doesn't work, on the other side of the building there is a cute girl sleeping on a mattress with a cart of junk.
