I’m loving the new management that took over the building. They are extremely efficient, responsive, reliable and constantly looking to improve our experience in the Becker building. My wife and I are very grateful to them, having good management makes the world of a difference!

I call complete bull on those recent comments. The new owners, Madison Park, that took over in December are absolutely horrible!! There are a large amount of Veterans that live in the building, and are being thrown out. Maintance is refusing to do repairs to apartments. We went 5 days without a working toliet. We had a ceiling leak for about 2 weeks. We have a bathroom faucet that has been dripping for months. Some veterans receive help from PHA. Others are being charged $500 in increased rent. They have started evictions against some. There is no security in building(there are fake cameras), people's packages are stolen left and right. The men renovating apartment leave secured door propped open constantly. This is just a money hungry company who could careless if their putting people in the street. Just an FYI Madison Park: PHA refused to pay you rent because you refused to do repairs to our apartment. Your a Slum lord!!

I love the Northern Liberties neighborhood, restaurants and vibe. This building is in a great location and my rent is very fair. The 2-bedroom apartment that we have is in good condition and the new management is very accommodating.I have only praise for this building. Thank youMantzur

We are loving living in the Backer building. The location in Northern Liberties is perfect. The deck is an amazing space to hang out and the management team is top-notch, always helpful and responsive.

Great building in a great location - garage parking is free. It's a hidden gem; bi-level roof deck with countless grills and seating! Nicely updated lobby with commercial coffee machine for residents to use.

Great location, the apartments are very dated and not in the best shape. Way over priced for what it is. They took our security deposit and claimed that they needed to paint the walls and replace the carpet.We left that place cleaner than when we moved in! Management is incompetent and unreliable! DO NOT LIVE HERE

Horrible place to live. A lot of riff raff and young people reside here. You can hear everything through the walls like disgusting moaning noises from nasty girls.
