Classical Guitar Store is a great shop run by excellent people who have a clear passion for what they do. It offers an excellent selection of classical guitars, including options for various budgets. The staff is knowledgeable and provides a high level of service, being helpful and not pushy, letting customers take their time. They offer repairs at very reasonable prices and complete them quickly. The store also provides various free music booklets. The luthier on site exudes care for the instrument and the craft, helping customers through the purchase process and making it fun. They take time to explain details, suggest guitars based on specific concerns like durability, and even provide recordings for comparison. The prices are reasonable, and they pack purchases expertly. It is a highly recommended store with perfect transactions, where everyone is a treat to interact with.
First time in the shop, spoke with a nice gentleman and then Nicole, the luthier. She was very honest and helpful regarding the guitar I brought in. Good people, nice guitars. Will return.
