About Highmark Mann Center for the Performing Arts
The Mann Center is a great place for a concert, with not really a bad seat in the house. It offers great vibes and views, and the staff are friendly, attentive, and kind. There are lots of food and drink options. Parking is free, but arriving early is recommended. For lawn seats, rules can change a little bit for each concert, so it is important to read what is permitted before attending. Generally, you can bring a blanket and an empty or unopened bottle of water. However, you will not be allowed to bring your own lawn chair for most shows, which can block the view from the lawn. Tickets are scanned from your phone. It remains a great and positive experience for a good concert.

It's a good venue. Nice overhang. Good food trucks that show up. Prices are a bit much but still good place to hear a concert

Overall nice place… clean… good and drunk as expected is way overpriced. Staff is friendly… took the Mann Loop bus from Broad Street. Bus was a home run, literally dropped us off and driver told us where to meet and he would be leaving a half hour after the show.

It's a great venue, but it has many huge problems! Parking is horrible and exiting is much worse! They do not provide proper seating for ADA people who have mobility issues, and the fold out chairs they provide are cheap junk for such an upscale venue!
