The Parking Spot North provides airport parking with competitive rates. The staff is friendly, helpful, and extremely courteous. Shuttle drivers offer top-notch and fantastic service, with very short wait times of less than five minutes. The shuttle runs frequently, even at late hours, and the vehicles are clean and maintained. Security is fantastic. The app is great for entering, exiting, and airport pickup, though some find it could be more user-friendly. Reserving a spot online is very easy and a spot is always available. A free bottle of water is provided when leaving. Most experiences are positive, though exiting the lot can sometimes be confusing without clear instructions.
The ease of getting to your facility, the friendly staff and the quick response of the shuttle getting to my car and picking me up at the airport. I have used The Parking Spot multiple times. The service has always been consistent, and the drivers always pleasant and helpful.
