If the PPA has a million haters, then I am one of them. If it has ten haters, then I am one of them. If it has only one hater then that is me. If the PPA has no haters, then that means I am no longer on earth.

Wow. Rude liars. Damaged my car despite me paying to park in the spot.
They try to blame everyone else (the police, the city, etc) for why they can’t help you. Reality is them not helping you makes their bosses more money and they look better. Perfect business set up to keep poor people poor.
