Theresa over extended herself by displaying excellent customer service. She was patient with me while preparing my package.

I witnessed this UPS store be nasty to an elderly women today around 3 pm and refused to service her . Two young ladies who refused to giver their names and even pushed her package off the counter !! This seems to be consistent behavior at this store and they need to be checked and trained on customer service . It's sickening for a neighborhood store !! Do better

It’s a dice roll. If you get there early almost no issues. However there are times when there is one person no management no printing and long lines and waits. Good ppl but service should and could be faster.

YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MAIL.It's pretty simple. For whatever reason, this UPS store has the exact same address as the apartment complex across the street. Which means sometimes the mail for your UPS box goes there. Or goes there and gets refused. Or just disappears entirely. You'll get a weird notification it's been delivered and when you go into the store the employees are like "yeah not here. Sorry. Maybe try across the street?"So then you go across the street to the apartment complex mail room - which closes promptly at 5PM - and dig around in their giant room of unorganized packages hoping you find it. Sometimes you will. Sometimes you won't.That's the current system at this UPS store. You can write "UPS store" on your address (which defeats the point of anonymity by the way). Or "UPS BOX" or any other thing like it. You can add special instructions to your delivery. But there's a one out of two chance you won't get what people send you. Amazon. FedEx. Even UPS packages have all been mis-delivered, been refused or sent back or just gone missing. Now did the employees TELL me that when I signed up for a mailbox? No. And they knew. According to multiple employees it's been happening for months. And they have no interest in figuring out how to fix it. And less in trying to make good on a contract. So if you're considering getting a box here to get your mail, DO NOT DO IT. Go to a different UPS store. Because if you go to this one, even the most basic function of a rented mailbox - getting your mail - is not guaranteed. And the employees and management are not particularly interesting in fixing it.

We are forwarding this to the appropriate team right away and will look into this further. Please reach out to us at CustomerRelations@UPSSto… so we can follow up with you." I wrote them. MULTIPLE TIMES. And they have not gotten back to me or replied at all. So not only will you not get your mail, they'll gaslight you and say they're looking into it. They aren't. Stay far away.

Inconsistent experiences are the experience at this UPS location. A few months ago I came in 2 hours before closing to ship a package and the male associate told me they weren't accepting packages at this time. After a confusing back and forth conversation a woman associate came from the back and said she could help ship the package. I tried to ship Amazon returns and forgot ONE piece of tape for closing ONE end of the box. The male associate today told me that he had to charge me a dollar for a piece of tape. So I can't ship packages during open hours which is against business policies, and yet they proudly enforce rules about extra charges. Inconsistent and very disappointing UPS location.

This place stole a $100 target gift card from my Nephew's birthday card. Then after filing a claim with UPS, I was reimbursed $28. I'll never use this place again.

They charge for boxes and labels even if you're returning an Amazon purchase. They do this even if you specifically selected " UPS Return - no box or label needed" on the Amazon app. Go to the one in Old York road in the burbs.

This place is fine until something goes wrong. They inputted the wrong tracking number onto my package (which contained unreplaceable valuables). They could have helped locate the package, but refused to give any assistance, resulting in a delay in an investigation and a lost package. No expression of concern, just "we can't help you, only UPS can." But the mistake was theirs. Would not even email a drop-off receipt to me while I was out of town, which, again, would have located the package before it was delivered to someone else and oblivion. No apology, nothing.Businesses show their true form when there is a problem. This place showed theirs. Read other reviews below - definitely not a fluke. I won't be setting foot into this place again, and I recommend that you don't, either.

I love this UPS store. When I decided I needed a banner for my sons graduation Shirley was the first person I looked to. Shirley with help from Teresa, was on the ball. She answered all my question in a timely manner, even when I was not so timely getting back in contact. The graphics on the banner were perfect. I could tell she put a lot of time and effort into making what I visualized come to life. It was delivered on time to many happy smiles. We love the banner so much, it now has a permanent place over the fireplace. I would highly recommend Shirley, Teresa and the rest of the guys for all your UPS needs, especially, including making banners.

Super fast service. No need to double park outside ( I hate that). Crowd moves quickly and did I mention how accelerated the service is? Lol. Polite and patient staff, even with a dope like me who's not sure about returning things to Amazon. Packages, envelopes tape and everything you need to mail things off.

I want say how patient Theresa was today. She patiently waited for my husband to call me for the return code to return my package. This curious is always the same with Theresa at the UPS store on Crittenden Street. Thanks again Regina
