I had a great experience at The Wedding Factor! Many of my friends got their gowns there so I was excited to see for myself. I ended up saying yes to the dress! Mira was very prepared, accommodating, patient, and friendly. I could tell she really did her homework, and that made me feel special and supported. We also got an amazing deal for their anniversary sale. I highly recommend The Wedding Factor to all the Philly brides out there!

If you're looking for dresses, go here first!!! The Wedding Factor has an amazing selection of dresses! Every dress I tried on was gorgeous. Angel helped me find my wedding dress and my reception dress and she is AMAZING!! Definitely ask for her if you go here. In both cases, I ended up buying the very first dress I tried on (though I did try on other dresses too just to be sure hehe)! Angel is amazing at picking out gorgeous dresses that are your style and will look amazing on your body type. I am absolutely obsessed with my wedding dresses and can't wait to get married in them! Could not recommend this place more!!

I almost never write reviews, but with this store, I can't stay silent. Prepare for the fact that you'll only see a selection of dresses hand-picked by the consultants, not the full range.
1. No self-selection: You can’t browse the dresses yourself; consultants bring options they choose (unfortunately, mine had poor taste). -1
2. No photos/videos on your phone: My consultant couldn’t take decent photos or videos, which were so poorly framed I couldn’t share them with family. -1
3. Worn dresses: Expect to try on a dress that's been through countless fittings, priced at $10,000 even with a discount. -2
4. Paid appointment: First time I've paid for an appointment only to feel it was wasted time. -2
I had high hopes for this store but left disappointed. I would give -10 stars if I could, but I’ll give 1 star because they carry Milanova dresses.

I had the most amazing experience at Wedding Factor. Everyone is truly there for you and wants to make this as exciting for you as possible. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to sell me a dress, rather they were helping me choose the best one! Mira was amazing and I cannot recommend them enough!

Could not be happier with my experience at the Wedding Factor! My consultant, Sarah, was ABOVE AND BEYOND to say the very least. She was extremely kind, listened to what I wanted/what style I was going for, and made me feel so comfortable during our entire appointment. She helped me find the perfect dress and made it stress free! The best bridal experience I could have ever asked for.

Said yes to dress here which was also my first and only dress shopping appt. Loved the variety of options, quality, vibe, and service (+ my dress ofc ?). It’s been so long but the stylist was taking in feedback from first few, and after that, she brought in the one I wouldn’t have expected myself in, yet ended up being perfect. Share reasons why you like/dislike and let them do what they are very good at! Heavy/light, material, too much or little texture or beads, hard yes and hard no things you learn as you go). Last thing, I was surprised the dress ended up being 40% less than my maximum budget (you can trust them-they rly do want to make you happy! ?) great experience
