I really love TJmax! There products, the prices, clothes literally all of it! I went to buy a new baby bag for my kids they were locked of course so the lady walked it to the front for me I walked right over no problem! I get to the register & the lady was so rude to me! I donât get her name because she wasnât wearing a name tag. anyway, I go to pay she didnât tell me my balance. I went to tap my phone using Apple Pay. It said I had to pay 3 cents. I saw it after I had to put my pin so I asked her & she didnât say anything than started talking to a coworker. So I put in my pin thinking okay maybe itâs just an error on my part. After the 3 cents went thru she rudely raised her voice and said âYOU CAN PAYâ! I told her I did. And she said only 3 cents went off! I told her thatâs what I ssked you why did it do that. She didnât answer me just stared at me. So I went to pay again! The correct amount. She rudely hands me the receipt & watched me as I walked out. Than I stand at the door waiting for my husband to walk out because he was still looking around when I paid.. than she standing there watching me at the door? Not sure what I did for her to treat me this way. But make me not want to come back to this tjmax again..

Dear T.J.Maxx
I can`t to reach your customer support, so let me decribe my complaint here briefly.
I used to be a loyal fan of your franchise for a long time across different countries. However, today I was kicked out of the store. The security guard came over when i looking a stuff and told me that he had an order from his manager to escort me out. He said that the reason why I need to leave was the suspicion that last time when I was in the store (a few days ago), some items went missing. I requested to speak directly with the manager, to find out what going on. The guard left and returned a few minutes later, informing me that the manager declined to speak with me and warn me to involve the police if I did not leave immediately. At the end, the guard apologized and remarked, "this is America".
I was shocked by such a situation, so I just left.
Hope in future you will be more open and polite with your customers, cuz today you lost one of them.

While back visiting Philly, my partner needed to pick up some facial products before flying back to Houston.
It felt very strange for me walking in, as I had grown up in the neighborhood, and remembered it being a Clover Department store.
None the less, a well maintained and kept store, just didn't have what she was looking for, so we went next to Burlington.

Extremely disappointed with the service at caster TJ Maxx. Rude treatment during a return visit. The cashier was disrespectful and publicly demeaning. Unacceptable customer service that requires management attention. Also the female supervisor is very bad and rule. She was rule when I was shopping there. Few months ago, I said can I take a look the perfume? the female supervisor was rude, loudly and said you have to say excuse me! I will never come to the Cottman tjmax. She is discriminating. Maybe I will come if she is no longer working there.

This location closes before the time they have posted on line and on the physical building. They have rude security guards who tell you that it closed at 9 pm. When you call the store they claim to be open but you can't get in the building. I wonder if they know their employees are not allowing customers in when they are supposed to be open.
