Store never has the items I need in stock and when they do they are chipped or broken or have cosmetic damage. You need a website to order from. The Halloween busts I need were not in stock and I am definitely not coming back in store. Wasted my time for nothing

Great location, clean and organized with very beautiful collection and helpful staff, one of the best locations I have visited recently and it got a lot of hidden gems I recommend to dig deep and take your time.

Bought shisedo face cream yesterday and found out it wasn’t sealed (Who is going to use unsealed product) try to return but they won’t take it back seriously!!!! Why would you even sell unsealed stuff? Do you think my $50 come from a tree?
This is unfair it was unsealed from your stor and you said you checked everything? That employee who check the product should get fired!!!!!!!!!

Eh. Some of the staff members are nasty. Especially the homegoods side and the lady who guards homegoods door as well! Feel like she looks at everyone as a thief but Ive spent a lot of money here and daily

This is such a crappy tj maxx. They never have anything that's worth buying. It's such a shame because it's a huge space, they just need more quality inventory. And the line is always so long, but I have no clue what people are actually buying.. I'll keep trekking to the burbs:)
