“I stopped at the Pipe Rack during a work trip last summer. I was pleasantly surprised to find a great selection of hard to find or otherwise sold out pipe tobacco, like Carolina Red Flake, and at good prices. Dave was wonderfully accommodating and knowledgeable, particularly with recommending new (to me) tobaccos. He introduced me to the world of Mac Baren. I look forward to stopping here on my next trip to Philly!”

“I am disabled and use a wheelchair, when Sam sees me coming, he comes right to the door and opens it for me, he is such a nice person. He always has what I need and if I have any questions about rolling my own cigarettes he knows all the answers. And in bad weather I cannot take the buses with my wheelchair so I call ahead and order what I need and I have my friend pick everything up for me. Sam always has everything ready and once he even stayed open late to wait for my friend to pick my bag up. If you hadn't tried to smoke shop before please give it a try I guarantee you'll be very happy. Thank you for reading my review God bless”
“I am a cigar novice that asks a million questions. They've been awesome with answering the questions that I have. They also have a great selection of cigars. Their prices aren't super competitive with some of the deals you can find online, but I don't mind spending a little bit extra to support a local brick & mortar store. I haven't used their nice cigar lounge yet, but the atmosphere in there is always friendly, and it's not usually very crowded when I've been there. 5 stars all day.”

“Nice clean store, but just an ok selection. No lounge or seating so you have to make your purchase and go. The photos showing lounge seating or cafe tables outside are pre-Covid and longer available. Very disappointing as my buddy and I like to enjoy a smoke before we leave. Prices are fair and you do get a freebie when you buy 5 or more, so that was nice.”
