Rolling your eyes at every customer in the restaurant that asks you for something is not good customer service! Our server was continuously rude through out the entire dinner. We have been here multiple times and every time we come we get a rude server with terrible customer service. Great food but it feels like you are at dicks last resort with the attitudes of the servers! Would not recommend unless you want to be berated by staff your entire dinner!!! Wish I could give 0 stars.

Very average all around. This always comes up as a recommended place amongst friends looking to get dim-sum/dumplings but there are to many other good places to justify going here. I have been three times and each time i have been underwhelmed.

Our favorite place to go for dim sum. Food is excellent and served fast and hot. The place as a robot to bring food out of the kitchen to serving staff!! The soup dumplings are our favorite. We love the Singapore noodles, eggplant and string beans too.Don't miss this place when in China town.

vegies are normal, the meat stick is overcooked, and the dim sum is totally awful. Especially, the water cup was so dirty so I asked for change, but the server did not say sorry for it. The server was not friendly at all. So I did not give a tip, and the server came to me why I did not give a tip. I just told her no tip, and she seems like kinda annoyed. Completely sucks.

Food is good but the servers aren't very friendly. Long wait times between taking orders even though the place wasn't that busy. Our waitress basically threw our food on the table and walked off like me and my partner were being a nuisance. I found a piece of plastic in my food and all they did was take 4.80$ off my bill. Claiming it was 15% off my bill. Didn't even get to see the little robot they use as a crutch to attract people to come.

We took a quick trip to Philly and tried to pack all the sights to see in one afternoon. I like how Tom's was open until 10:30PM, which gave us a lot of time to explore the city and not worry about trying to catch some random place to sit and eat. Dim sum was delicious! The Crystal Shrimp Dumplings and the Pork Soup Dumplings are a must and you can skip the Shanghai Pan Fried Pork Dumplings. We enjoyed the Beef with Broccoli (basic but good!) and the Szech Spicy Beef wasn't bad. Would love to try more dishes but their servings were pretty big!

The food was excellent & the service was a delight. They serve good portions and has reasonable pricing. It's located in center city so good ambiance & fast service. We got 2 orders of dumplings, two small white rices, stir fried noodles, general tso chicken, and chicken skewers which feed 4 people and came out to $56! Great place!

Solidly great dim sum at this Chinatown fav spot! They also have an amazing private dining room. We ordered so many small plates and dumplings and all were delicious. My favorites are the Shanghai shumai, the soup dumplings, and the beef pancakes. It's a scallion pancake stuffed with hot marinated beef and it is out of this world. I also love the pan fried dumplings as they have an amazing Szechuan peppercorn flavor. The star was dessert - the piggy buns with a delicious filling of egg custard, and a light fluffy outside. service was solidly good but not outstanding - they are very fast!

I was scrolling through Instagram reels one day when another person did a little mini review for this place, and instantly wanted to try here. So for my birthday me and 10 of my friends went and ventured to the city to try it out. We didn't make a reservation, but when we got there and told them we had a party of 11 they instantly took care of us. Each one of us ordered something different off the menu and I will say this place did not disappoint. Their pork steamed buns were to die for along with their Shanghai fried rice noodle. Their bang bang shrimp skewers were so yummy with a slightly coated tempura that had a little spice kick to it. And their sweet potato pancakes with red bean paste in the middle was so flavourful. With 11 of us the service was very quick, and the best part with a party this big the tip was included in our total so we didn't have to all do the math ourselves. We even gave our waitresses a little extra. All in all this is definitely a place I would go back to. It's cozy, staff was very friendly and attentive. You need not to read anymore reviews because the ones that are bad must not enjoy great good like our group did. If I could rate this higher I definitely would.

Ordered the piggy buns which I don't normally do, it was a new thing for me. In that last order the piggy buns smell like ammonia which took me by surprise and after investigating further the reason was a yeast contamination in the proces of making the dough which made it smell like that but... that isn't acceptable to serve. And with that after 5+ years I'm gonna have stop order and coming to this place. Always check your food.
