I would give 0 stars if possible. I honest do not think there is anything that can be done at this point for me to spend one more dime at any Home Depot location. Luckily there is usually another option close by but I would drive hours to avoid being a patron at any home depot. Lowes, Amazon, Best Buy, local stores, literally anything but another Home Depot. They have been giving my husband and I the run around for the delivery of a fridge for close to a month. They have now rescheduled the delivery for a 5th time. The first time they had the fridge but refused to deliver it, telling us we needed to get a fridge with different dimensions but listed the exact dimensions of the fridge we purchased. Each time has been an equally bad excuse, including their own mix ups of forgetting to load the fridge on the truck. The help line and chat have been no help. They always put the blame on someone else, like the delivery company, but do nothing to fix it. They have even hung up on calls and stopped responding via chat. Terrible service, terrible follow through, absolutely the worse customer service. DO NOT ORDER APPLIANCES HERE.

This South Philly Home Depot location is convenient on Columbus Boulevard. I came here to pick up an online order I placed. There was no line at customer service which was great. The item came quick. The staff put the large sink in my cart Plenty of parking as it shared a lot with Walmart. I'llBe back

Horrible. Came in, asked for assistance getting cinderblocks off shelf. No one came. Looked for help. Young staff in back ignored me when I asked them to walkie someone. Older woman said she's the only one in gardening. Came to help but both of us are short/unable.. tall customer was right there and already getting his own so he got mine. Employee got snippy and said a machine has to do it. It barely weighs anything. Then went to rent carpet cleaner and the person was filling in and has no idea what was going on. Came to return it. Rude young staff looked at me and wouldn't interact. Had to wait for an older employee to finally help. Took forever. The younger employees there need much better customer service training.

Everything. Just plain horrible. Every time is a bad experience. In store or online. Not sure why I keep coming back. Hopefully I won’t be back.

This is the most DISGUSTING, unorganized, unkept Home Depot I have ever stepped foot in .. The shelves were empty, unorganized and mislabeled... I don't know who is in charge of this area store, but they best send a crew in to take over. I will NEVER step foot in this store again ... The ONLY plus is the sausage stand outside ... I'd give this place zero stars if I could

When I tell you this Home Depot saved my boyfriend and I and our huge move. After Uhaul had SCREWED us over this Home Depot had a moving truck for us available and literally saved the day. I can't tell you how genuine and nice the people working here were and how much they really tried to help us. If I could give this place a 10 star rating I would. THANK YOU!!! If you are planning on getting a moving truck do NOT do Uhaul and do Home Depot!! They are the best, truly so nice.

We live in a Condo building. We ordered a refrigerator online. The driver was totally rude and unwilling to deliver the fridge under the excuse that he could not enter my building's driveway. All false. When he arrived, we approached personally to him and indicated him the way to get in. He claimed that 15 minutes have passed since he arrived, which was not true, and simply left while we were still talking to him. Very rude! Also, the dispatcher at Home Depot was rude. While we were explaining to her what was going on, she interrupted and went "Byeeee!". So rude. We complained to their main manager, but we doubt that there will be anything done about this. Waste of time, waste of energy and no delivery. So, advice: do not buy online from this Home Depot.

I ordered a Washer/Dryer unit online to be delivered to South Philadelphia in September.Do not do this. The delivery service Home Depot uses is unreliable and not communicative. We had to reschedule the delivery 6 times. We were contacted only ONCE out of the 6 delivery attempts to let us know they would not be delivering the unit. For all other scheduled deliveries we had to proactively call Home Depot after the driver did not show up. Each call with Home Depot would take 2 hours, while they contacted the delivery service. The delivery service never knew why the delivery was unsuccessful or where the washer/dryer was. I finally cancelled the order and requested a refund. They require the unit to arrive at the manufacturer (not Home Depot) before issuing a refund and they never seem to know the status of the unit in transit. To receive the refund, you must physically go to the store, regardless of whether or not it was ordered online, so I had to go to the store on 4 separate occasions before they finally heard from the manufacture and could issue the refund. It took 4 months to get the $1900 back. In total, the entire ordeal lasted over 6 months. Complete disaster. Don't waste your time. Eventually, some nice customer service folks in HD helped get my refund, but beware -- DO NOT ORDER ONLINE DELIVERY, especially if you live in the city

This store has been one of the worst depots I've been to, besides the employees not being willing to help out a customer or answer any questions the pro desk takes a long time. Sent some of myguys to get some materials and I pay by phone. It took them about 2 hours to get through pro desk and then wait for forklift to load pallets on there truck. Management should care about the customers and find ways to improve the service

Their Pro Desk is the worst I've ever worked with. They are a week late in delivering an in-stock order (and not a huge order either... literally 15 boards and a bag of mortar). They have rescheduled (without notification) 5 times, and on the rare occasion that they answer their phone, they have hung up on me 3 out of 5 calls without actually speaking to me! I spend a lot of money on materials every year, and HD just lost my business.

Home Depot has treated me in the worst way. I purchased a washer and dryer set 3 WEEKS AGO, with the promise that it would be delivered 2 WEEKS from then on Monday. Sunday night no call to tell me a delivery window. I call that night and am told it is rescheduled to the following Thurday with no explanation why. I call the Home Depot in Sicklerville, New Jersey. where I purchased the item, ask to speak to a manager. I am connected to someone who says " I have a manager's phon
