I ordered some items to be delivered and I didn't get the items I ordered. I tried calling the store but no one answered the phone. After calling a second time and letting it ring for over 8 minutes someone answered then hung up the phone. I called back and no one answered again. This time I let it ring for over 10 minutes. This is the worst customer service ever. I will advise for you not to order items for delivery from this store because they don't care about the customer or their satisfaction guarantee.

They took over two years to complete a basic kitchen. There was zero customer service throughout the process. Installation was defective and required multiple follow up actions across months to get it corrected. Management here and in the area is slow to respond and ineffective. Do not recommend this company. They are apathetic and unscrupulous.

If you could give zero stars, I would give a negative zero that's how bad this store is. It's not just the inventory is poor in selection, it is worse in Quality. Add the fact that the entire staff at this location are not happy at there jobs. I have never seen employees so extremely unhappy at their jobs for receiving a paycheck. Worst employees are those at the customer service desks at entrance. I find they rather be on their phones than helping customers. If you try to get a manager there is NEVER one available or the customer service cashier says she is the manager or acting manager. What!? The level of incompetence, and an non appreciation or any level of respect for the customer is extremely frustrating for the customer. These people would rather collect a paycheck, while being on their phones, talking to each other, and being unhelpful to customers. To add insult to injury, this is acceptable behavior and is never challenged or reprimanded since it remains the "norm" in this store. Upper management should be ashamed of themselves.

Charged me $80 for a delivery...broke my steps when delivering...trying to track them down to fix it...their customer service is brutal and 11 days later...no responseGo to Lowe's on Columbus instead and you will be far better off

I ordered a specific thickness of plywood for scheduled delivery, what I received is not what I PAID FOR. There is a $10 per price price difference. They also charged me shipping for an order they never sent. I have been calling over a week to the 800 number and the store being on hold for 20 to 40 min just for someone to hang up or I get tired of no one answering.

I bought a Samsung stove in the store. I had issues with it from the beginning. Home Depot said they can't help because it not bought in the store. We had picked it and paid for it in the store but since it was delivered directly from the manufacturer, they said they are not responsible. They offered no help or accountability. Didn't even give me a number to call. Totally brushed off. Home Depot needs to stand by all their products or not sell them. If I had known this, I wouldn't bought it directly from the manufacturer. Worst experience ever.

I ordered floor tile to be delivered late July. The tile was delivered to a Home depot in Texas not the Phila Oregan Ave store. Home Depot will not pay to ship the tile to the correct store, even though it was their error. I can not order any more tile caused it has been discontinued. Unfortunately, I have laid this tile down and this purchase was to cover a small patch. I disappointed that Home Depot will not own up to their mistake and try to correct it.

Went in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic to pick up a couple needed things and was truly shocked to see that the *majority* of employees I saw were not wearing masks, even while talking closely with c us timers. Despite a sign outside, many customers didn’t have any masks (not even pulled down). The lines were long and too few checkouts open. They don’t care about safety at all. Definitely won’t go again.
