Don't even waste your time attempting to get any appliances from this store delivered. Paid for a next-day threshold delivery (which means the driver must bring the appliance INSIDE) on Friday. This driver calls at 6:35AM and says he's 5 minutes away. Im sorry but last time I checked, the fine print on the delivery receipt says the driver will notify you 30 minutes prior. So I end up missing my delivery & rescheduling for today. After already expressing how displeased I was to the driver AND customer support, they assured the delivery would go smoothly. That wasnt the case. The SAME driver comes back today at 7am, while literally DROPPING the refridgerator on the dolly (very carelessly), proceeds to tell me he cant bring it upstairs... even though the stairs are how you get INSIDE?! Nonetheless, he continued on saying the refridgerator wasn't going to fit through my doorway anyway. Lets understand, I did the measurements PRIOR to ordering, so I KNOW it wouldve fit. Just because youre driver is too lazy to turn the refridgerator depth-wise instead of width-wise, doesnt mean it "doesnt fit". Its common sense. If I knew the workers would be this incompetent, I couldve just got a feen out K&A to do the delivery. They wouldve probably been more appreciative of the tip I was willing to leave too. I dont shop at Home Depot and definitely will not ever try to again.

This is the worst place to buy anything. To venture down here will make you frustrated and angry. If you can't find what you're looking for just leave because you'll never get assistance. To get something delivered direct from the store will leave you waiting all day as they give you a 14 hour delivery window. Oh and they probably won't deliver your entire order and you'll never be able to get compensated for their mistake because nobody at this store cares about you. If you try to get something shipped to the store for pickup give yourself an extra 2 to infinity weeks after it is delivered to the store before it is available for pickup. Home Depot should change their slogan because they've prevented me from getting nearly every project done.

The customer service here is abysmal. I spent 30 minutes on hold. One of the people I spoke with (for like ten seconds or less) transferred me while I was in the middle of explaining which desk I was trying to reach. And he didn't even transfer me to the right place or follow up. No one took even a small interest at all in helping, and my goal was super straightforward--find out about the inventory of one specific item.

At Store 4150 in Philly, you have some of the most knowledgeable people working those aisles. I believe thats why we have many repeat customers

I wish I could rate this place even lower then one star. I needed to finish a room floor and was short one box. Went into aisle 3 for flooring and the product that I needed was not display out on the floor. It was located on the top rack that can only be taken down by forklift. I spoke to a rep PAUL and was informed that it might be a wait for a driver since there is only one driver there to do that job. I waited for 45 mins and I was not followed up with on my request for the one box I needed. I will not be revisiting this location do to my Horrible experience I had at this location. This place is not customer centric.

I paid a could sum of money for a washer and dryer . Just to receive my washer damaged . So I have to take another day off because it got damaged during delivery . I feel is if they could protect our products better .

Went with my wife to get an storm door, after we found the one we wanted the associate at the doors department said the no one was available to help after 5pm so my wife went to ask for help at the customer service counter just to get something similar about they can't sell us the door since they didn't had anyone to get it from the top rack for us, it was not store manager on duty in the store to talk to us, he was called on the loud speaker with no answer, i will never return to that location again and i will never recommend Home Depot period, personally i dislike Home Depot it was my wife's choice, ended at Lowe's getting one for less with no issues was so ever... that store definitely needs better management.....

Don't believe what any of the Home Depot Installation sales reps tell you about their windows/doors "Double Lifetime Warranty." It's simply not true. Labor is not covered beyond 1 year! Look at their contract verbiage below. When I inquired about the discrepancy, this was my reply: "My understanding is the line references our lowest warranty that was available on an American Craftsman window which is 1 year and the others would in essence be an upgrade to it. I can assure you having been with Home Depot in the window installations business for over 8 years now they consistently favor on the side of taking care of the customer including any service concerns and issues." It's b******* because the salespeople will be long gone by the time you file a claim. It's what's in the contract that you sign that matters in the eyes of the law; not a marketing brochure or said in an email. Plygem/Simonton's customer service rep, Mikka, told me that they get lots of complaints from unhappy customers when Home Depot does not honor the warranty. Moreover, they told me HD's (underpaid) subcontractor installers make a lot of mistakes. All confirmed by Simonton's supervisor, Lori Hendershot. The 6500 series window itself is warranted for 20 years and prorated afterwards. This is taken from their contract. Workmanship is only for 1 year! 7. WARRANTY AND LIMITATION ON WARRANTIES: (a) Warranty: Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement, Home Depot warrants for 1 year from the completion date that all Services shall (i) be performed with good workmanship and (ii) conform to the requirements of the Agreement. During the warranty period and within a reasonable time after receiving notice from You of a warranty claim, Home Depot may, at its sole option (i) correct or replace each Defect, or (ii) remove each Defect and refund the full purchase price thereof to You; provided, however, that all warranties are voided if (1) anyone other than Home Depot or Service Provider performs work upon or otherwise modifies any materials or Services provided under this Agreement, or (2) You fail to pay Home Depot as provided in this Agreement. (b) Limitation on Warranties: THE WARRANTIES PROVIDED IN THIS AGREEMENT ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE FOREGOING EXPRESS WARRANTIES CONTAINED IN PARAGRAPH 7A, IN THE WARRANTY SECTION OF THE AGREEMENT, IF ANY, OR IN THE STATE SUPPLEMENT, IF ANY. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT NO OTHER WARRANTIES ARE MADE OR GIVEN BY HOME DEPOT OR SERVICE PROVIDER, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY FOR FITNESS OF PURPOSE, WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, OR ANY OTHER ORAL, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES. HOME DEPOT'S EXPRESS WARRANTIES ARE VOIDED FOR ANY DEFECT CAUSED BY ABUSE, MISUSE, NEGLECT, ACTS OF GOD, LACK OF PRESCRIBED OR STANDARD MAINTENANCE, OR IMPROPER CARE/CLEANING. ANY MANUFACTURER'S WARRANTIES PROVIDED FOR GOODS, MATERIALS, OR EQUIPMENT WILL BE PASSED THROUGH BY HOME DEPOT TO YOU, AND YOU AGREE TO LOOK SOLELY TO SUCH MANUFACTURER FOR REMEDY OF ANY DEFECT IN SUCH GOODS, MATERIALS, AND EQUIPMENT. HOME DEPOT MAY ASSIST YOU WITH WARRANTY CLAIMS AGAINST MANUFACTURERS.

they presold us some supplys when we went to grab it they said they didnt have any but took my money for 30 pieces of lumber had to go to another company but wasted 45mins getting the run around

Worst company ever, they deliver pavers and sand and left my product unleveled and on the edge where if someone bump into it it can killed someone. So unsafe and they do not even care.

Horrible store, even by Home Depot standards. No one helps you, no one knows where anything is, just a total waste of time shopping here. Staff is poorly trained, managed, and incentivized to assist customers. Sounds like a top-down problem with management to me, or maybe their whole business model. I hope this location shuts down. It's the worst. Wish I had a good local hardware store in my neighborhood.

I placed on an online order yesterday to be delivered to my home same day. It sounded great! Except my items never came. I called today, and they had no explanation about why it wasn't done, but rescheduled for today by 8p. At 8:30, I called the store again to determine why it wasn't delivered. Again, there was no explanation, and the employee told me the items had not even been picked and set aside yet. At this point, I've spent over an hour on the phone trying to get this order, with no results. I would strongly discourage ordering delivery from this store!

Ah, late-era capitalism at its finest. Why can't I shop at a mom & pop hardware store where I've known the owner personally for a decade? Oh right! Because the Home Depots & Walmarts of the world have made it nearly impossible for those small family-owned businesses to compete. So now, I spend my days standing around a depressing concrete box filled with employees who also dread their time spent in this box typing on my lonely glass rectangle waiting for an angry manager who hates their life to tell me that I'm wasting my time & I should just go home

I went to the Home Depot today to purchase some boxes for moving the Aramingo store much to my dismay the parking lot was a filthy disgrace. When entering the store there were no shopping carts available to a shoppers what kind of store does not have shopping carts being a senior citizen this was a big inconvenience for me after schlepping through the store to get to the boxes still no shopping cart available I had to carry the big boxes through the store with no card what a sad excuse for a store I personally will not go there in the future for any of my purchases. The Store is a disgrace
