Well, I ALWAYS had a WONDERFUL experience at Total Wireless Simple Mobile. The manager Mushahid is fabulous! And he ALWAYS solves my phone problems! Sorry to hear you had a bad experience; however, there are always two sides to the story. Have a productive day! 5 stars for this small mom and pop shop!

The guy that owns this place does not know anything about phones. I brought mine in to get it fix. He told it would be done the next day. Then came back and now my phone is even worse. Dont let him fix your phone he does not know what he is doing. I would avoid at all costs

Dude sold me broken headphones and refused to give me my money back. Plus i find it very odd how he doesnt wear shoes. His feet are very nasty. Definitely wont come back. Such a rude guy

Dont come to this place. The owner is very rude. Made me come back 3 times and all i wanted to do was return a phone. Then told me that i couldnt return it even though the one he gave me was used. All am gonna say is to save yourself some money and go somewhere else.
