This was my 2nd visit to AFC, and from the time you walk in the door, you are greeted with a smile. The Physicians are knowledgeable and you feel cared for. I truly wish I could have them as my PCP.

Trash. How are you an urgent care but your x-ray machine doesn’t work? And why not put that on your website? Terrible! The point of urgent care is for it to be a full scale facility that can take the burden off of ERs. If this is what is happening, in Philly and its immediate surrounding areas, I see why people bypass them and head to the ER. This is not how it’s supposed to work AFC/Tower Health Wynnefield do better.

Walk ins welcomed and staff was friendly the doc was nice and took time to go over all of my pain. Didn’t feel rushed out the door like I do at most urgent cares . They even hade complementary juice water and pretzels. Nice touch ??

Kacie the PA was phenomenal! Very personable and pleasant. FD staff Nicolle was great! Over all clean and organized center.

Great care! From the receptionist, nurse, X-ray technician, and the doctor were very hospitable and kind. The wait was not long at all. Pleasant experience.

The two ladies that were working were so sweet and patient with us as we filled out new patient forms. The service was also fast. The doctor was very nice and met all our needs.

My first experience here and I was pleasantly surprised. Registration was straight forward and easy. Staff was courteous, professional and friendly. I did not have to wait long at all. It wasn’t crowded. I was in, seen, diagnosed and out the door in about 30 minutes. Plus the prescription was sent before I left, so it was being filled at the pharmacy when I got there.

I definitely recommend this urgent care. The care is definitely urgent, the wait was not long at all , the check in process was fast and the staff and customer service was excellent! i left with be treated and i was in and out.
