“My battery warning light came on and was told at Autozone that my battery was good but most likely needed a new alternator. I called Jim’s and were able fit me in right away. I came first thing just before our winter vacation for them to look at it. Jim’s figured out that the connectors were loose. It was a Christmas miracle! To my surprise, within under an hour of THEIR time, they fastened it and told me that I did not even have to pay. Jim’s service and kindness, especially around this holiday season made my day. This is the kind of neighborhood shop that really gets it (unlike some of these corporate-auto-grinches minus Roxborough Autozone). I had to repay the favor by giving them a rave review. Thank you! “Unfortunately, I had to get a tow on my 4 month old Audi A3. It’s being fixed now, it was an electrical issue. Sigh. Anyway, they got my car, at midnight, dropped it off at an Audi dealer 30 miles away. They get the job done and for that I’m grateful. Doing the job late at night and doing the job right. This towing company is excellent.”
“My 3rd time at this shop, wonderful service at a clean well organized facility. I needed 2 very hard to find tires and luckily they had them. I was in and out with a great price. The dealership told me I needed a tire rod but their inspection found no need to at all and actually took the time to showed me and explained why I didn't need that work, saving me over $700 that was quoted by the dealership. Thank you very very much for your help and Great service. I highly recommend you to anyone needing auto repair work.”
