I had a bad experience with the delivery service. Which wasn’t tropical smoothies fault at all. The delivery company kept saying they couldn’t do anything for me. I got a personal call from the owner luke after putting in a complaint through the app and he helped fix the situation even though it wasn’t his fault at all. Thank you Luke I appreciate the effort

I love Temple Campus location. My order is always correct and I've never had any long delays ( I use the app). My only pet peeve is the door handle is always dirty but the inside of the store is spotless go figure. Please clean the door handle as well guys. The Cheltenham and Northeast locations leave much to be desired. Poor service at Cheltenham and they seem to have an issue with keeping employees. The Northeast workers do not pay attention. I ordered a Thai Chicken Salad and the young lady made me a wrap. When she corrected her error and made the salad, I had the wrong dressing. Ugh. I keep going back because I'm hooked on the Island Green.

i chocked on a price of plastic in my smoothie!!!! I asked for a refund and the lady flipped me off!!!!! planet smoothie is so much better then this bs!

I just purchased two smoothies “Paradise Point” which is strawberries, bananas, and pineapple. This smoothie taste like nothing but ice. She packed it with ice and had a whole cup leftover in the blender after pouring two cups. It taste like frozen water. First and last time. And the service was very unwelcoming as well.

Tried to call in to cancel an order that was meant to be placed at another location. for some reason this website will randomly choose a store when ive CLEARLY been ordering from the location 5 mins from me. Why would your website send me to a location almost 30 mins away? I then attempted to call the location 6 times! (1600 North Broad Street, Philadelphia) with not one person answering. So im out of money and i clearly wont be patronizing this business anymore

Worst customer service in the history of customer service. Everybody in that place need to be fired. And you need to hire people who want to work and no house. Customer service works. They have a whole bunch of rude little girls working in there.

Pretty bad, in all honesty. I ordered through DoorDash 15 minutes before arriving, and my smoothie still wasn't ready. That's fine, I'm sure they got hit with people all at once and they'll tell me when it's ready. They never told me it was, so it sat back there for maybe 10-15 minutes after it was ready. Honestly, I think the person working the front didn't see my order ready when he looked back, and didn't tell me when he saw it again. I had to get the manager to give it to me.I would come again, but just pack your patience if it's busy. Service is nice but incompetent.

Why did I pay $25 for food delivery and clearly received items I didn’t order instead of the ones I paid for. To pay 25 for a single drink delivery and two cookies is ridiculous. If you’re not even going to give me the flavors I ordered. If you had any common sense, you would refund somebody when you don’t have the items they ordered not just give them whatever you want. Clearly who’s ever working here will not be going far in any industry with these work ethics. First and last time ordering.

I ordered a Chia Banana Boost through their app and I waited for my drink for about 10-15 minutes. The shop didn't seem busy, but it did take me a while to get my drink. The drink itself was really good though. Highly recommend the Chia Banana Boost with peanut butter.
