“I experienced some barriers with my online reservations, and order for moving supplies, however I went in person to Uhaul - Allegheny and was promptly assisted by Storage Mgr, Gary and Cameron. Ms . Cameron addressed the error I made in my reservation and effectively explained what occurred. Ms. Cameron offered to assist me with taking my moving supplies to my vehicle, however, there were other customers waiting and I thanked her for offering and politely declined her assistance, so that she could attend to the other customers.

“I have purchased 20' trucks from bentley in the past for Suburban Solutions Moving but my most recent purchase of a dump truck for Main Line Junk Removal was 10 stars out of 5. Anna helped me so much along the way and I could not have been happier. I am asking her to reach out to me regularly to purchase a new dump truck soon. Their service department is also extremely valuable and helps whenever you need it!

“The truck was a older model truck and had a few Dings on it and the sun visor was broken on the drivers side but it was very clean and tidy , the staff very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable”

We’re a busy food business and Tibin has gone above and beyond to secure us trucks when needed (we specifically needed reefer trucks and ones with lift gates) which have been difficult with other providers during “black outs” where certain trucks have been hard to source.”

“Enterprise is always dependable, professional, and straightforward. There are a handful of good rental companies out there, as well as many that will do anything they can to rip you off, over charge you, or misrepresent their rates.
Rent with the no-name places at your own risk. If their rate is substantially cheaper than anyone else’s, there’s almost certainly a hidden cost. I don’t have time or energy to play games. Enterprise is a no-brainer.”
“I really appreciate how customer oriented this crew is at this location. For anyone questioning making an out of state move:
-The 12 foot truck was extremely simple. You can't see out of the rear view mirror, but that is the only issue. It drives very well.
-I was worried about mechanical issues but these trucks are all newer. The truck I had was 1 year old with 35k miles on it, and all trucks are serviced every 8k miles.
-I did buy the extra insurance and even though I didn't need it, I would do it again.
-The staff was great. I went into the location first because I had so many questions and concerns. They answered each one and were very kind when I needed to change my reservation date/time.
For clarity, no one asked me to write this review. I just want to make sure the people that work at this location get the accolades they deserve.

“We rented a truck for helping to move some items from the Tampa FL area just south of Philadelphia. I needed to drop by this facility with my DL to add me as a driver. It seems like a new place. Lots of trucks. New building. People that helped were friendly. Oh…and the pricing was much better than U-Haul.”
“I have a small driveway but needed a bigger truck for my landscaping business. Bentley truck services had the perfect solution, an Isuzu NPR gas with an aluminum dump bed. The cab over design of the Isuzu trucks makes it about 4 feet shorter than an American truck with similar GVWR. The Isuzu itself is lighter, so is the aluminum bed compared to a steel bed. All of this means I got a compact truck capable of significant payload for a great price.They delivered the truck to Virginia. Unfortunately there were some discrepancies between the advertised truck and the truck that was delivered, namely an underbody tool box and steps to access the tarp.I brought this up to Greg Lamb and he assured me that he would rectify the problem. Being that I had already bought the truck, I had doubts this would ever happen. He arranged to have the work done at a welders halfway between us. I brought it in and the work was done in a matter of hours.I couldn’t be happier with the truck. It is the perfect truck for our purposes.”
“I liked the efficiency of the check in and the check out person that was working that day. If I had a issue, it would be the cleanliness of the driving area.! But U-haul got the job done. I would recommend U-haul to others.”

“It was my first time using Uhaul, but as soon as I walked in, Millie greeted me with a big friendly smiley. She was extremely helpful and made this somewhat stressful process as easy as it could be. She was amazing!”
“I recently rented a cargo van from this location to move a china cabinet from point A to point B. The process couldn't have been any easier. Under 10 min check out process with a major debit/credit card and off we went in a brand new van with just over 6K miles. Van was easy to drive, clean and with plenty of cargo room 9' in the back. Furniture pads, dolly's and hand trucks are also available to rent at a modest fee. I returned the van later that day. Check in was even easier. Drove right up and was met by an employee who took receipt of vehicle while logging in fuel level, mileage and quick check for damage. Whole cost was $114 which included various city/state rental fees, mileage, insurance and $15 for refuel. I drove a total of 82 miles. I was packaged at a base rate of $89.99 which included 100 miles. This was a way cheaper option than the advertised $19.95 a day which doesn't mention $.99 a mile. Get the insurance for $10 which makes you only responsible for a $150 deductible should the need arise as opposed to the $500 deductible that comes along with my auto insurance. Overall, I have to give this a 5 star experience!!!”

“This is not your average U-Haul location. I am not sure if this is a blessing or a curse. They did not have a hitch to sell or rent to us so we had to go to the local Pep Boys to purchase one. That U-Haul representative is not on site so we had to call from the mechanics cell phone once we arrived to complete the rental information. Beyond that, everything went well. The moving trailer we were renting was available and the gentleman hooked it up for us without any problems. We will rent from them again no questions.”
