Had to go here today for a real estate issue with a lock. This hardware store had just what I needed and saved me a trip. Good customer service, decent prices, quality products. Thanks to the gentleman who assisted me and taught me how to use the tool I needed correctly.

I love the way it looks like an old time hardware store and yet at the same time you can purchase so many things you need now a I days. I like they are always willing to help you. Oh yes, they make keys while you wait.

Gone here couple times when im in the area. usually no problem. Bought a doorknob installed it. Like iv done atleast 7-8 other times. The clasp/bracket around the latch has 2 little groves. They’re not staying on after turning the knob. One of the 2 Machine pressed holes isn’t as tight as the other grove. Take it back for an exchange and he just bends it as if that will fix the machine drilled slots that arnt grabbing. Go back home give it a shot incase I did something wrong. Nope. Same thing. Last time I go there. Loosing a customer over a $16 doorknobWasted more time driving there and back then just going Home Depot in first place

Okay experience. It was what I thought was very expensive to replace a screen ($54). My sister had 3 screens replaced for $35 at another hardware store.I was told that the screen would be ready for pick up on Monday afternoon. When I arrived at 4 o'clock on Monday, it was still not done, and I was told to come back in 40 minutes. They did a nice job on the screen, but the price and the service was not good.
