For years every staff interaction I've had here was fast, professional and friendly. They're a credit union so you know you're getting a better deal and I've never felt any kind of ick or pressure tactics that big banks rely on.

Great experience with Brian. Trumark switched online banking platforms recently and I had trouble getting credentials to enroll because an old business partner was listed as a primary account holder. Brian turned a negative into a positive and personally followed up with me for serveral days until the matter was solved.

I stopped in on my lunch break to open an account. The entire process was over 45 minutes and was awkward from start to finish. Maybe the representative who helped me, Blair was in training but she had several moments where she missed spelled words including my job title and employer's name as well on my membership application. She was prepared to send me on my way without any documentation with my account numbers, I had to ask for a DD letter. As we were talking, I said that I was using the account for direct deposit and bill pay.I was disappointed to know that I would not receive a debit card upon membership, and that I could not set-up bill for same day transactions. I will keep my account open with TruMark through the end of the year but am strongly considering closing the account when the year is up.

(Long message)I've been apart of trumark for about 4+ years.Like most other offices when, I come in I have a seat until I am summoned for someone to assist me. I've made plenty of reviews and have had plenty of experiences. To my suppries this is by far the worst experience. I entered the bank everyone was busy.. Kelly was in the far corner assisting a man telling a very long story. He was explaining he lost his wallet. She ended up helping me. brian saw mecome in let me sit and assisted others who walked into the branch. When I walked up he looked at me as if he had distain towards me. He wasn't wearing a name tag. To my surprise he was the assistant bank manager. He made me feel very uncomfortable. To where I felt the need to Wright this post. He needs to be reminded of his role in upholding the standard of trumark. He made me feel really uncomfortable and didn't have a grasp on the people sitting inside his bank.Thanks Kelly you were awesome. Got me in and out.

If you want a credit union that cares about you, turn around and run. All you need to look at is their hours to understand where customer care is.

This credit union, changes the goal post when ones loans get low, so to charge you more money. For instant. I started out with-at that time-a revolving credit. Now at that time, the revovling credit was also a cover for any over drafts. My understanding was also, that if I went over in my checking account, the money would be automatically drawn from the revolving acct. They have since, move the goal post. They figure out a way to charge you even though you have money in your revolving money to cover the overage from the checking acct. Especially, when accts seem to show some stress. I am a senior on a fixed income, and they know this. For this credit union, to do this, is terrible. I will not recommend TRUMARK CREDIT UNION to anyone. And I took a loan out so to py Trumark Credit Union out.

Nice added security to new location (haven't been inside a bank in years) and very warm and friendly setup as well as spotlessly clean as opposed to the old location on JFK that showed its age. The associates that assisted were very sweet and helpful.

Finally a knowledgeable and pleasant place. I walked in and met with Joyce Johnson, after a few minutes talking and explaining my financial situation, she immediately understood and came up with a perfect solution. It was such an unexpectedly pleasant experience.
