Ease of access multiple options plus a place to park my car without worrying. My only issue is with UHAUL for not allowing that location to show up in a drop of search from NYC even though that is the closest location to where I'm going which is more convenient to me than the other locations that show up.

The new Manager is very efficient. We were in and out that location in record time. He greeted us with a smile as we brought back the truck. That's great customer service.

Need to add places for people with disabilities can sit down or for customers to sit when waiting.

Poorly run and understaffed. Trucks are blocked in, customers waiting in a long line. We are prepaid and signed in, but waiting this long is ridiculous.

I booked my truck for 10am on the website. But when I went there, they told me the pickup time is 5pm. Nobody inform me through either email or phone message. Are you kidding me? I have to take the ride again. so much wasted
