Was there yesterday, Man at front desk was very rude! When asked a question he would literally not respond. He also was vaping and on FaceTime. During work hours is very unprofessional.

As if the stress of moving isn’t enough, this company will give you a truck with the loading door wide open in the middle of winter, covered in dirt on less than a quarter tank, then when you return it with the same amount of gas (as requested) they’ll say you returned it on empty, charge you $77.50 for a gas and refilling charge, and charge you for an additional 11 miles! Good thing I took a photo since they would not to come out to check the truck when I dropped it off. Online quoted $97, paid $134 in person for 12 miles. My final online charge was almost $300. The company was supposed to reach out with a resolution to my claim yesterday and still nothing. Never using this company again.

I liked that there was staff at the facility on time. I had an issue with retrieving my rental through the mobile app. And I had an issue with the gas amount & the staff member was able to fix it to it's correct amount of gas.

UHAUL AT 747 ALLEGHENY AVENUE HAS BEEN MY GO TO STORAGE AND TRUCKING COMPANY FOR OVER 10 YEARS. UNFORTUNATELY, I HAVE HAD TO RELOCATE A 2 BEDROOM APPARTMENT AND LATER AN ENTIRE 4 BEDROOM HOME. EACH TIME UHAUAL STAFF HAS BEEN POLITE, AND RESPECTFUL. THEIR PRICES ARE AFFORDABLE, STORAGE UNITS AREAS ARE CLEAN AND HAVE GREAT LIGHTING. THEY HAVE GREAT HOURS, WHICH MAKES IT CONVENIENT TO VISIT.

The truck I rented was a 10' box truck to move some dresser out of an apartment, upon getting the keys from the rude guest service at the front, he was cursing and hanging out with his buddy as if it is there house, not very friendly. Once getting in the truck, it was completely dirty, look like someone spill soda on the side of the seat, because it was sticky when I was trying to adjust my seat. Windshield was dirty inside and outside, as the visibility was hard to see so I had wipe down the front windshield. I originally book my rental at the Lehigh location, but they had a fire, and sent me to the Allegheny location, unprofessional staff, and dirty rentals is all I have to say.

Because I went to return the truck they check the truck and said everything was fine the the charge me like $130 for cleaning feed wich is not true and when went to ask about no body knows who was that charge me the they ask to give them a tip so that way next time they will make sure that I don't get charge.that is not fare that they ask for a tip and if don't give it to them the will charge your card a cleaning fee

The attendants at this U-Haul location Rob and over charge their customers. I suggest that if you utilize this location, double check your receipt. Verify what they are charging you for.
