Despite some of the poor reviews here, I actually always had a good experience with this store. Yes, they can get busy for a small store, and I'm sure the staff gets tired at times, but they were never rude or obnoxious to me. Plus, they are dog friendly which is a huge plus for me.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this UPS Store today. I was quoted over $400 to ship a small shoebox internationally—despite having received the exact same box for only $54. When I politely asked the female employee how the pricing was determined, she responded with visible attitude and dismissed me by saying “that’s what the system says,” followed by telling me to leave if I wasn’t going to pay. She then walked away.
When I pointed out that this was not how customers should be treated, a male employee came out from the back and aggressively told me I had no business being there if I wasn’t going to pay, and also demanded I leave the store.
I’m a regular customer here and frequently use this location to send and receive packages. I’ve noticed these two employees often have a poor attitude, but this was the first time I experienced such blatant disrespect firsthand. It’s unacceptable behavior and raises serious concerns about the management at this location. It’s shocking to see employees like this representing a UPS Store, especially in such a high-traffic area.

Had a disappointing experience here. I had a UPS worker be very rude to me. I was trying to process a return, a little confused about the process, and this woman when her coworker asked a question on my behalf looked at my return and pushed it back at me. Then when I tried to ask a question he wouldn't make eye contact with me and was very matter of fact. I tried to ask her a second question and she said "I'm not arguing" I replied "I'm not arguing, I'm saying it does not say that on the paper in my hand. You don't need to have an attitude." She replied "OK whatever." so I left. Very upsetting.

I am waiting here for the store to open. Their website and window sign say they open at 8 am. I see other people saying that they usually are not open when they say. I'm trying to return a package through Happy Returns. Hope they don't give me a problem when someone eventually does show up.
Edit: 8:20, still no one here
Edit: Store opened around 8:23. The person who opened was quick to process my return and apologized for the wait.
