I tried to reach out to the supervisor privately via email but haven’t received a response -I will no longer go to this location. The employees do not know what they’re doing, and they’re plain mean when you ask a clarifying question. Been dealing with it for over a year and my last visit was my last straw. To the owner: good luck.

The employees at this UPS store are always extremely helpful and patient. Today Mya helped me return packages for one of my neighbors, who moved and has not yet updated their address. Simultaneously, a customer was being extremely rude to her, and she held her composure and handled the situation with grace. She was then able to continue assisting me without the rude interaction affecting her customer service towards me. Mya is an excellent member of the UPS team.

I always get everything accomplished quickly but the one guy (black skinny guy) is extremely rude. It’s like he’s doing his customers a favor by doing his job. Wish the service was more respectful.

Staff is nice, but the owner is not helpful and rude. I asked him if there would be a problem with holding my package at a another UPS store that it was being sent to which he replied “I don’t know” — package was returned to store and won’t provide refund even though he couldn’t even answer my question when I asked if it would be ok before I sent it to avoid just this. If you’re going to own a franchise learn how it works before just ripping people off and refusing to refund the money for YOUR error. I tried to cover my bases before sending, you were just too eager to take my money to care to help me

We are in there all the time, as our packages are delivered there. The staff is always super-friendly and helpful, going above and beyond what one would otherwise expect! We have shipped & picked up packages, used copying & printing services, as well as notary services.Thank you for all of your help!!

Mye (sorry if I'm spelling her name wrong!) is the absolute best. Came in for notarizing and she was professional, genial, prompt, and helpful! Had me in and out in no time, with plenty of words of support. Major shout-out to this awesome employee!

The people who work at this store are some of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered. I go here monthly (sometimes weekly) and they’re always kind, patient, and helpful. Really great experience with this location.

Went to retrieve a package shipped by ups to this ups store. Marked as delivered with proof of delivery and signed for by Alex. Workers asked for last 4 of tracking and quickly told me “it’s not in our system sorry”. Showed them the tracking proof of delivery and told me “ they always say that, theres no Alex that works here. Next person” . Unhelpful and unprofessional.

I really like the folks that work here. They are very busy and do a lot of local business, so every time I walk in I feel as though I am visiting neighbors. They have been helpful to me, and as someone who worked in retail for many years and dealt with stressed out people all day, I think they do a great job. So, give our front line workers a break already! They are underpaid, overworked, and if they can do that and still manage to show up and do their job--even with a little attitude at times--our respect is well deserved. They don't work "for us" they work "with us" to create a functioning society, so being kind is as much our job as it is theirs--perhaps even more if we don't have to spend our days dealing with disrespectful, entitled customers who have never held a service job and could not understand the way it wears folks down. Sometimes we should pick up the slack and do some of the heavy lifting in the smile and polite department. Food for thought. I still think they are nice here, even when I feel the stress they are under, but I also do my part to make their day less stressful if I can.

Maya is truly the best thing that has happened to this location. She has been working here for a while now and as a loyal and longtime customer I have seen so many improvements over the year. She is a very knowledgeable and patient young lady that will help you resolve anything without a problem (even if it has nothing to do with the ups store) It’s always a pleasure
