Not helpful - received a package that was wasn’t mine with my address and she said she can’t do anything..? You’re literally the UPS store…Uhh how about just take it back and send it back to the sender. It’s not mine..?

Typical UPS store. My complaint is the staff could be a bit friendlier, but it's not like this is a restaurant so whatever.

I needed help with notary and they were efficient and helped me with a document I was unfamiliar with. I got lucky with an employee doing this type of paperwork with a previous customer. They were getting a lot of potential police applicants and the employee guided me with the paperwork.

I'd like to share my sincere appreciation for the workers at this location. I needed to print multiple important documents and have some photo-copying done on 4 separate occasions. The staff here were polite, respectful and assisted me with my requests each time. On one of my trips, one of my documents was printed with a formatting error, and when I explained this to the staff, they reprinted my document perfectly, free-of-charge (it's not expensive to print here, either) and no fuss. I think part of the reason that I kept returning here is because I knew I'd be treated well AND I needed important documents printed. Knowing that I could experience both at this location definitely kept me coming back.
Keep up the good work! If you are in need of printing services, definitely check out this place.

The best UPS store I have ever been to. The store smells amazing. The ladies are super efficient in helping me with my package. Highly recommended you go there if you have to deal with packages often

For some strange reason if I return anything to Amazon from this location they never receive it if I use the representatives. It's rather frustrating that I have to maintain my return receipt from UPS because now 3 out of 3 times I'll have to prove I brought it to UPS.

I sent a package to my daughter. We got the email notice that the package was there at 11:22 am. She arrived at the store around 11:50 and they charged her a $15 storage fee. The packages were still in the delivery bin.
This is just ridiculous. I wouldn't object if it was held longer but less than an hour and you charge a fee. We won't be using this location again.

I seriously love coming here and wish all my mail could go through them. The staff is very helpful and accommodating. One thousand times better than any USPS locations I've been to in Philly.
