Not an official UPS store, so they say they do not need to follow UPS rules and instead make their own policies. If you share an Amazon account or order for someone else to pick up, you need to have a physical ID of the name of the account holder. I had confirmation email from UPS and Amazon stating that you only need ID or the tracking number. A picture of the ID will not work, a video call with the account holder holding ID will not work, Amazon tracking # and barcode and proof of purchase will not work. They require a notarized letter from the account holder or to share the same last name, telling me I had better call ahead next time as this rule is not printed anywhere. I missed a time sensitive package, unable to return it to send to a different Amazon location because they are holding it hostage.

The UPS store at 37th and spruce was clean the representative was friendly and welcoming and help me with my packaging and shipping and I love the store and I will go back

There is never a long line when I'm picking up a package or using UPS services. The associates are usually polite and knowledgeable. This location is very convenient in a great location.

I occasionally ship packages and Amazon returns through this UPS location. It can get busy at times, but I have never had a bad experience or poor service. Angelo is the GOAT, he is extremely friendly and always makes sure customers are helped quickly.

Such a great experience at this store today. Shout out to Angelo who spent an hour helping me send a massive, complicated international shipment. Angelo was very patient, helpful, and professional, and his colleague was helping us out as well. I was worried going in because of the store's low rating but was pleasantly surprised and grateful. Thank you lots!
