I went to this Ups Store today to drop off my package. And they refused to take it because it was over the weight limit. The package was 70lb..
They sent me to the UPS on Bustleton Ave.. And the workers took the package without any complains. Employees was really helpful.

This place is run by a careless person. I was waiting for over 15 min for notarized signature and just his hanging around dragging his feet. I had to leave.

The best UPS experience ever communication outstanding I could always speak to someone at the store every time I called Jay was amazing knew the auction house personally which I won an item on Wednesday and the next day Thursday I paid them jay went went over on Friday am and I paid shipping and he said you should receive by Saturday or within three days the item arrived Saturday before 1 pm perfectly packed and very reasonably priced I would highly recommend. You can’t go wrong !!

If I could give zero stars, I would.
I visited this UPS Store twice in two days for notary services, and both times was given false information, made to wait unnecessarily, and treated with incredible disrespect by a staff member named Donielle, who also claimed to be the manager and not just a notary on duty.
On the first visit, I was told she would return by 2 PM. I came back exactly at 2 PM — no notary. After waiting, I had to leave. The next day, I called ahead and was told Danielle was on-site and available until 5 PM. I arrived at 12 noon sharp, and guess what? She wasn’t in the building. We were told to “wait a few minutes.” We waited over 30 minutes.
When she finally returned — carrying shopping bags from a personal trip — she skipped over us to help a couple who had arrived after us, claiming they had “been here earlier.” That wasn’t our fault. We were there, we were waiting, and she chose to ignore it.
When I asked how to file a complaint, she mocked me to my face, saying:
“Knock yourself right out. I’m the manager and your complaint won’t go anywhere beyond me.”
That’s the level of “professionalism” you can expect at this location. If Danielle is both the notary and the manager, then there's no accountability and no respect for customers or the public service she’s supposed to provide.
UPS should seriously re-evaluate how this location is run. Avoid if you need anything time-sensitive, especially a notary. Your time — and your dignity — deserve better.

One of the ladies working the counter is very rude. Went in to make a return. System was down for a few minutes. One of the guys working the counter was able to get someone else’s return done, so I asked him if his system was working. He said yes, so we walked up to him. He said nothing but continued to talk to the lady next to him. She said “next person”. Since we were already in line with the guy, we thought she meant the person behind us. The two continued to talk while we were waiting, till she rudely said again next person.

I got charged for insurance that I didn’t even ask and the service lady was very nasty and smart mouth, totally unprofessional when I ask about a service charge. Really bad service awful won’t recommend to anyone, please go somewhere else

When I went around 6pm on March 31st they said they would only accept a maximum of 5 packages. This is a UPS store I always go to and I always bring more than 5 boxes, never had any problems until now. I had to carry all the boxes in the picture back to my car and they told me I could go to another UPS store 10 minutes before 6:30, like they were kidding me.
