Spoke to Mr Jimmy last week about receiving a package urgently since it wouldn’t fit in Amazon box and I am travelling. Mr jimmy confirmed that he would charge me $10 per package to receive it. I agreed to pay it.
I wanted to make sure I got the details correct and sent an email. I also wanted him to confirm the $10 cost per package. This was on Aug 15th (Friday). No reply. Followed up on Monday, no reply.
Thank god I didn’t use this store as I am sure that if I had just gotten a verbal agreement and not written, I would have encountered a problem when receiving the package.
I am now frantically finding another alternative for my emergency.

Went today to have my fingerprint scanned. They were very patient and helpful. Wonderful staff! I definitely recommend!

I came to check if my address had changed because I had a problem with delivery, the woman who works there didn't even try to help me and told me to call UPS...

This location is great and if you have the opportunity to be seen by Anna then you’ll have a wonderful customer service experience. I just came in for fingerprinting but the process was super easy and quick. She made me comfortable and answered any questions i had, would recommend

It was my 1st there and doing my fingerprints. I was greeted at the door. She was super nice and friendly. She walked me through it. Even when she left and other employees saw me hesitating he stepped in to help. It made my experience short and sweet. No one was too busy. Will definitely use that location again and even referred others. Most mail place are busy and most employees are not available or helpful. I’m grateful. Took my anxiety away

Unfriendly staff. I asked to print a couple of documents, and they wasted an hour of my time. They have absolutely no idea how to use a computer. When I said I wasn’t going to pay for something they printed completely wrong, they were rude to me and asked me to leave. Terrible place with terrible employees.

i always redirect up my packages here whenever im not at home for any UPS deliveries. staff are nice and respectful. no issues. i literally love this UPS branch
