Lacking in professionalism and customer service. I had several packages sent to the Access Point through an online retailer option, since I had several packages go missing since I live at an address without a secure place to leave packages. The retailer addressed the package incorrectly, leaving my name out of the Address line, and I had to convince the team members at UPS to let me pick up my package with my ID and with my utility bills. Each time they became more combative and less willing to listen to me. When I had another package sent here for pickup, they refused delivery, and when I call them to understand what happened they repeatedly interrupted and talked down to me. They told me that the retailer had not paid them for use of their Access point services, however when I called the retailer, they showed me a receipt for payment to UPS. I had to have my package re-directed by the retailer again. I would not recommend you use their Access Point services.

Excellent, consistent, and reliable service! I've been using this UPS Store to ship products for my business since 2020 and their entire operation is consistent, efficient, and seamless. Today I just got a document notarized. They took the time to explain the different notary options and walked me through the process. Absolutely excellent!

This place is amazing. I would never imagine writing a review of an ups store, but my experience was so great that I am compelled to. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted (big deal for Philly) shown where to go, and treated with the utmost respect. The entire process was quick, easy, and might I add… delightful? I am blown away. I will never go back to my usual store. 10/10.

Updating again on 12/16: My package was refused TODAY. Company called the store and the UPS store now requests a form be filled out and approved to have packages sent there. How would someone know that prior to selecting them as an access point?
Updating my post to say: My package wasn't sent away, however all of the tracking information stated that it was. My apologies for the rough review. However, it would have been the third time my package wasn't available for pickup at this location.

Refused to take my pre-labeled package because it didn’t scan on the first try. Tried to make me pay for a new label even though it was already labeled. I brought it to a different UPS store and they scanned it no problem on the first try. Seems like they’re just trying to make extra money off customers.

I had a very disappointing experience at this UPS Store. I went in to ask about a package sent through UPS that showed as delivered to this location and signed for by “DOE,” but when I tried to get help, the man at the counter was dismissive and rude. He quickly told me that no one named DOE works there and insisted that if they had received the package, it would already be at my address.
When I asked if he could check further or help me file a claim, he brushed me off, saying that claims with UPS are not their responsibility, even though this is a UPS Store. The lack of customer service and refusal to help resolve the issue was extremely frustrating. I left without any assistance or answers - definitely not the kind of service I expected.

This location is great! The people who work there are friendly and helpful. Dropping off a package was super easy. They’re also good about answering questions over the phone, too.
