I shipped 7 packages on Monday and Scott handled them all very quickly and efficiently. At the same time, he was dealing with phone calls and complicated questions from another associate. I appreciate the great service. And all my packages arrived on time for Christmas. Thank you!

Ok… to be honest there is the slightest whiff of arrogance from a very few of staff members… that being said, having been dealing with UPS around the country for years, this is one of the most efficient and friendly in the country… and by far the best in Philly!!!

I am a long time customer of this store and for the most part they do a very good job. Most packages are received and held for us to pick up. But sometimes things go wrong. In this case, Vendor shipped package and FedEX delivery service had a proof of delivery (signed name of actual UPS Store employee at a time when the UPS Store was open) UPS store claimed package was never delivered. Vendor and FedEx claimed proof of delivery so will not pay claim. UPS Store offered to help me file a police report but says it is not their responsibility as they never received the package from FedEx.In the end, not worth me filing a police report as the "crime" was not committed against me but against the UPS Store. While the UPS store put a lot of effort into investigating this incident in the interest of proving they never got the package, (not our responsibility) I , the customer, is the one who is out the value of the item shipped. Insurance will not cover it as FedEx provided proof of delivery. Vendor will not cover it as Fed EX provided them proof of delivery. Fed EX will not cover it as they have proof of delivery. UPS store claimed they never got the package and proof of delivery was falsified , so not their responsibility either. So in the end...my responsibility? So my rating is on the handling of this situation more so than on the overall performance of the store....I still use them!

This review is long overdue because my “recent” visit was on May 17. I had to return something and was smack up against the deadline. The guys there were very helpful, and wound up speaking with my sister as she had placed the original order. They answered my concerns that the package would go out that day as I arrived close to closing and they reassured me that it would. They offered me a chair when I asked, I’m 79 and use a cane, so that was a relief. Store is clean and well-maintained, and I definitely recommend it.

I just arrived here, completely confused. I wanted to expedite an application. My fear was that I’d overspend out of ignorance…I needed the most cost-efficient service, especially since I’d missed the cutoff for overnight. The young woman behind the counter took the time to ask questions and ascertain my needs. Furthermore she did it with professionalism, kindness, and a smile. Oh, and I burst through the door at 5:48 when the store closes at 6. I know friendly customer service should be a given, but lets be honest…its not. This employee should be recognized for her attitude. I’m sure she would be publicly roasted( and like to face subsequent discipline by management)if she offended someones fragile sensibilities. Attitude reflects attitude, good vibes here.

This place is awesome. Friendly helpful professional people to assist with various shipping services. I return a lot of amazon packages and ship a lit of boxes domestically.

I’ve shipped at this location since 10/2020. Tons of boxes to family and various returns, this was the first time I had an issue. I don’t believe I put the same label on 2 separate boxes to amazon, but SCOTT Automatically said it was my mistake when I called to check, while talking over me and trying to handle an in person customer at the store, while I was on the phone. He never even said maybe we made a mistake or here’s how you can check. Just rude. I know I’ve given them my money before but I’ll try another location. Scott’s phone etiquette could use a refresher for the South Philly area. Just saying.

They are reliably the best in-person retail experience I ever have — they’re so quick, professional, and fun! I end up coming here every week or two for random things, such that I thought of them to print a poster I needed and it came out GREAT. They’re truly a neighborhood treasure.

Jumping in to review my neighborhood UPS Store, which for years has had rock solid customer service. This is THE store I chose for my shipping needs, and I send a lot of random stuff to family and friends out-of-state. Scott and the entire team at this location make shipping transactions smooth. I’ve used their notary services too (thanks, Dennis), and I’m proud to have this store in my neighborhood.
