I stood there in the shop for 15 minutes without even being acknowledged, while there was one person in front of me. I will never be back. I will gladly drive to Ardmore to be treated like a person.

I have been going to this UPS store to help with everything I need for printing for my wedding and everyone has been so helpful and kind throughout all my crazy requests. I have had nothing but positive interactions with everyone who has worked there, especially Tony, who has really don’t everything they can to complete my vision. Thanks so much guys!

This UPS store is top notch. I have had a mailbox at various UPS locations over twenty years at the various places I have lived, and this store is by far the most professional, friendly and customer focused.
Dan, Tony, Eric and Zin always remember my box number, they check for small mail that might be in my box and have my packages ready quickly. Excellent customer service, quality value and they work hard to make sure the line moves quickly when it is busy, and are always friendly and professional. Thanks, Dan and all the members of your team!

Beyond great service! Eric was patient, helpful and kind. I had to print, notarize, scan, email and overnight mail a form last minute. I had my 4 young children with me and none of us wanted to be trapped in a tiny store dealing with this. Eric made it so easy and did not for a second make me feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing him. The line was growing behind me and Eric and the other staff did an impressive job with communicating and running the business smoothly. Great place!!

I walked into the store and saw two employees—one was already helping a customer. I hadn’t even been waiting a full minute when Eric offered to assist me. He was incredibly kind and polite. As an introvert, I really appreciated how comfortable he made me feel.

The staff are amazing! I’ve been coming to this location for the past few years and consistently been helped by Dan, Eric & Tony. They take the time to know you by name, to help with any shipping/delivery packages, and friendly conversation. The owner is always nice and smiling when I see him and they all make me feel comfortable with any of my needs!

Got a placard printer out here, and the team was really solid. They got it done within 24 hours, were easy to get a hold of, and they called right when it was done. Job was done well and we are happy.
Every time I’ve been there staff is helpful and efficient, so I would recommend.
